The ones from kmart are better. Slips of the skin to easy. Super noisey pinches your skin. All round piece of junk

I’m not going to lie..I wanted a way to work out my muscles while sitting and watching tv. The resistance is great. I can do ten reps and I’m already feeling the burn. Very happy with it!

About what you would expect but easy to use at my desk

Just got it today and already worked over 200 squeezes on arms and tights, and it feels great! The entire thing has a hard coil that is actually difficult to push, and so it forces your muscles to work harder. I hope it will last a month or two.

I watched the video before, it was very good, so I bought one for my wife. It looks beautiful, but it is not practical, and it makes my legs feel uncomfortable.
