What exactly is in this product?

Great product. The ecoli bug adheres to the walls of the bladder and no amount of antibiotics will get rid of it, well temporary but it comes back. Apparently ecoli likes sweet and feeds on it. With D-manose it is slightly sweet. You mix 1tsp in about a quarter cup of water and drink it. Tastes good. Do not drink anything for 45 minutes to and hour then drink a big glass of water. When it reaches the bladder the ecoli goes for the sweet but it can’t stick to the bladder and is eliminated when you urinate. Takes about 4-5 days and the infection will be gone. Keep using it for ten days I think it was 3-5 times a day.

It is cranberry which is very effective in urinary tract health.
