Rani Sooji Coarse

This is my second order. It is great quality. I use if for multiple meals. It is thesame as Nigeria semovita us for future or original Farina/semolina. You get a large amount of product so great value for your money. It's great for breakfast, baking and excellent for fufu. I highly recommend

Bulk package is sold at a good price. Good, clean, fresh product. No more coarse than other brands.

Found this fine Sooji almost after a year it was not available in the stores mostly coarse Sooji & Farina is available. The fine Sooji quality has changed a lot in taste & texture. Rani Sooji is expensive. Will buy again.

The item is fine. However, the bag had a tear. This meant that some of the flour had spilt into the envelope the order was sent in. More flour also spilt out when the bag was removed from the envelope. The store should be more careful about such details and double-check bags for tears when they are getting orders ready for shipping.

I am diabetic 2. This product makes generally diabetic safe bread if eaten in moderation. The bread I have made is tasty, too! Farina, sea salt, yeast and water are the only necessary ingredients. I use a Kitchen Aid with a dough hook, then cover with plastic wrap for at least 4 hours, bake at 350 degrees for one hour and the result is very good bread,

I subscribed to receive one package per month, and on several occasions I have received packages where the quality of the semolina was really questionable. As you can see from the photo, the last package I received had bugs in it. I am really very disappointed with this product.

This product came double wrapped and the inner package was sealed airtight in heavy plastic. The farina appeared as pure as it comes.
