Pure NMN Powder

I’ve tried several NMN products, and this 100g powder from Genex is the best value and quality I’ve found. It’s 99% pure NMN, mixes easily, and I noticed a real boost in energy and recovery. I also trust it because it’s made in a GMP and NSF certified lab, not many brands can say that. A full 100 grams lasts a long time, so the value for money is unbeatable. I cannot understand why so many people feel they can write an informed review of NMN after taking it for a few days or weeks. In the scientific tests on mice, they saw meaningful longevity physiological results on the equivalent of taking NMN for 10yrs+ in terms of their metabolic rate. In other words, NMN is not intended to be a wonder pill that magically does something, it's part of a long term new health regime that *may* replicate those same results as observed in other animals. I take around 300g of NMN 3x a day: when I wake up, midday and around 4pm. I started on 250mg pills and moved to powder over time as it is cheaper. I based these levels on Dr David Sinclair's personal regime, and combine it with high strength Resveratrol and mix this into full fat yoghurt to increase absorption (I also take Berberine to control blood sugar as an alternative to Metformin). From the moment I first took NMN on day 1, I could feel an amazing impact internally. I could literally feel my body tingling and the reason I know this wasn't just a placebo is that I found myself waking up around 3:30am alert and ready to wake up for the first two weeks - then it eventually subsided and my body seemed to adjust to NMN. I noticed rapidly within 48hrs that I no longer experienced the "end of day physical exhaustion" as somebody in my early 40's that would creep in and make lying down on the bed or a sofa a delicious experience. Delicious.. until you realise that's old age, and now I feel like I did at 20yrs old again, I never get physically tired, ever. My mental alertness is also noticeably much higher, I feel sharper all the time. Finally, I have lost weight continuously since being on NMN and my skin seems a little fuller and healthier looking. Note: Dr Sinclair suggests that NMN does not make skin wrinkles go away or grey hair reverse, but may (may) slow down the onset of such aging symptoms. So overall, NMN is for me a revelation as a supplement, and I am quietly very optimistic over 100 days in that this is slowly, but positively having a good impact on my health. I highly recommend it to anybody aged over 35, and the older you are, the more you ought to benefit. I think anybody in their 20's should consider taking 250mg a day as part of their health regime, and by the time you're 50yrs old be on 1g (or more) as your natural NAD+ levels reduce. Only time and the ongoing human clinical trials will show if this works to the full in humans, but there is constant anecdotal evidence beyond my own positive experience that suggests it does. NMN is currently quite expensive as a molecule, more effective as an NAD precusor than NR (don't believe the Niagen funded sites and misinformation), but what price to pay for health, good aging and potentially avoiding things like dementia? For me it's worth every penny, and I will be keeping a close eye on potentially superior molecules that labs develop in the years to come too.

This is my second week and I'm surprised at how much better I feel. The problem is I can't give you a 100% review "It's all NMN" because I decided to not eat until after 4pm (intermittent fasting), take resveritol (sp), and have started run/walking again (had a 2 year layoff). But... honestly I'd have to say I've done those things before, and they never made me feel this good this fast. THAT I can say at a near 100%... given it's my 60th birthday next week, I think this is a huge help for older active people who are eating organic or as well as they can. If you eat bad, forget anything else until you start doing that, and if you don't exercise or live a very active 'moving' life, I doubt this would do much for you. Your cells won't care they have more NAD, they don't need it and the body is a 'use it or lose it' kind of machine.

I’m a chef, and my days start at 4:00 AM, so by early afternoon I usually feel my energy dip. I’ve been taking this NMN 100-gram powder consistently for a little over three weeks, and I’m honestly impressed so far. The only change I’ve made to my routine is adding this NMN, and I’ve noticed that I can power through the day without feeling that usual slump. It may still be early, so I want to give it more time to be sure, but right now I feel more steady energy and a better overall mood. Mixing the powder is easy, and it has been simple to add into my daily routine. So far, I’m happy with it and plan to keep using it.

I was contacted by the GenX rep and they took care of the "issue" as quickly as possible. The product was what it was supposed to be, I pushed the fellow hard and I made quite a stink to see what would happen,... see how they stood up to their product NMN. They actually performed better than I expected. I will buy this from them again. They are actually a good group to purchase from and I feel they are not "ripping" off anyone. They sent me a brand new Jar and refunded the one I sent them. They handled my planned idiocracy well, never once was the gentleman disrespectful, always defending what they are doing, how they do it. They passed my bitchy, pain in the ass harshness test. These days you can never go by what people say, only by what they do. The NMN product has changed my health in so many ways. I have been using the product for 4 months...Steady, probably more than I should have, at least 1 gram a day, sometimes double that. I have Benign Hematuria Kidney disease, hereditary heart disease and Thalassemia anemia. I still have all these issues but now they are not effecting me and my day to day life. My Kidney's creatine and BUN levels are much more normal, like I am 20 years younger when I used to drink things other than water. My anemia has become much more stable with my hemoglobin averaging around 11.5. Usually around 9.5 at best. There is a specialized diet involved that I have always managed my symptoms with however NMN is by far the most significant addition to my diet. My urine no longer foams in the toilet unless I am dehydrated, (protein in urine is way down). My Heart Angina is GONE. Period. Even when I stress test myself by speed walking for 45 minutes. I have had Pneumonia 5 times in my life and my lungs are an additional issue, they are damaged but have felt stronger with NMN. I had a summer cold, it did not move into my lungs, I could not believe it... A cold usually settles into my lungs and I have to be so careful. I used to get little muscle pulls in my neck, that would take days for a stiff neck to go away, all that is GONE. I am able to work in my yard, HARD, during 90+ degrees outside. I built a huge deck on the back of my house and while I took plenty of breaks, I completed it in 2 weeks. I have worked like a mad man for the last 2 months and would get some muscle soreness but it went away almost overnight, like I was 40 again. There are other little things I have noticed that are better but my eyesight still sucks, probably due to all the computer work I do. I also take l-acetyl glutathione twice a day, slow release niacin only in the morning, with Magnolia Bark (Honokiol), twice a day. Don't take any of these things after 5:00 PM, No SHIT...you will be up half the night working problems out in your head that you haven't thought of in years, but i feel fine the next day, no jet lag...My Brain is faster, more focused, and I am able to solve issues in work much faster. I am not a Scientist of Medicine, I am an Electronics Engineer, however due to my medical issues I have had to learn all about the body. I have learned what works and what doesn't. I have been to doctors who helped some and have been to some who drank their way through medical school. You know what they call a Doctor who graduates at the bottom of his class..... doctor. I do not claim to know more than them, I can tell you that my bloodwork has improved, drastically, My HDL and LDL levels have been upside down, I had proper CL Total levels but my LDL was always high. It has now stabilized and they are almost at the same level, Total being 155. I can tell you there are many more things that I do for my health, my friends jokingly tell me I am their street doctor, do not smoke, or drink alcohol, or Vape, or eat lots of red meat, Drink Alkaline Water only, don't drink coffee or sodas and get SUGAR out of your diet!!! Don't be settled, ever! Get plenty of exercise, any forward motion is better than NONE. Find a Doctor that cares about his patients more than his money, that is most important.

Hiding filler ingredients. Why does this taste like straight sugar? Is this sucrose, artificial sweeteners? I don’t know. Won’t buy again as I actually care about my health.
