Bought both the black and clear cases, the black case is two part with a hard rubber case wrap and then a hard plastic shell you clip on top, its a bit sturdier, but bigger, at ~12.6mm thick, the clear one is ~10.3mm thick but only a single wrap piece of softer tpu? type material, so perhaps more shock absorbent but less hard object resistance. The black case with a black phone fully stealths it, quite nice and discrete looking. The downside is the hard case backing and harder rubber is more slippery in the hand. The clear one is much grippier in the hand, and glows up with the flashlight, but it also reveals dirt and finger prints where as the black one hides dirt much better. Keeping both as each suits different occasions. The shield glass it comes with goes on easy, has rounded edges and fits well enough, with a spare for the price its hard to beat. The clear case has no headphone jack, the black one still retains that feature so it must have been made for the 7. The production quality is good, no obvious mold lines or production defects, pretty close to spiegen.

Fits iPhone 8+ perfectly. Note this is a thinner phone without huge memory storage. Yes the case is a tad slippery but that suits slipping it into a pocket. Case is fairly hard with a protective lip around the edges for flat fall protection. Overall very pleased!

I've tried many cases over the years, each one breaking after 2-3 years (what I expected for the price I paid), and options dwindling with each new iPhone generation. This one is it. The case is tight, the phone fits very snug. Best part: it is a one piece phone case (don't be fooled by the title--the "2 pieces" is referring to the 1) phone case and 2) screen protector). I vowed to never get two-piece phone case again after my last one, which would fall apart when I dropped it, and the silicon piece would get looser with time. Design: Slim and not bulky at all while still maintaining coverage of the bezel. Oftentimes "slim" cases will sacrifice coverage/protection in order to label their case as "slim", aka the case only covers the sides of the phone, leaving the bezel exposed and screen vulnerable to damage (why do these cases even exist??) Thankfully this case has a raised edge that I was looking for (imagine when you place your phone face down, the front "frame" of the case covering the bezel touches the surface, leaving a gap between the surface and screen). I appreciate the thin layer of silicon on the interior of the case to cushion and grip onto the phone better. Material: TPU does not collect dust or fur. There is no worry about discoloration with this material unlike other plastics. It is, like other reviewers mentioned, slippery, but if that is a worry you can add a silicon wallet holder or pop socket to the back. Bonus: no tacky cutout for the apple logo, which often just collects dust and dirt. The solid black case looks clean and professional.

Needed a new case for my husband's phone. The old case the side buttons were hard to push. Very happy with this case. Very tough and came with a 2 new screen protectors which were so easy to apply after cleaning original surface. Early days - but happy.
