ResMed AirTouch F20 Full Face Replacement Cushion - Medium

I have used a CPAP for 8 years now. I have tried about every mask there is and this one with just the foam is by far the best for seal and comfort. It is shaped different also if you look. The entire mask cushion is shaped like a triangle. The others are all more flat and not as sharp at the upper nose section. This is why it seals so much better. Such a subtle difference is design makes a huge difference in the seal. The only draw back to this cushion is wear and tear. It will not last as long as others. The foam will tear easy if your not careful and will wear out after a month. Even with its short life span it is the best mask cushion out there.

This facemask is really comfortable to wear. The padded cushion makes a big difference, and it doesn’t irritate my skin like the non-padded ones I’ve tried before. Feels secure without being too tight. No leakage, means less noise for my wife. I also appreciated the price since I didn’t have good health insurance at the time. It’s a solid replacement cushion that works well and lasts. Definitely a worthwhile buy if you need a comfortable, reliable mask.

The foam cushion makes all the difference. Minimal face discomfort and fewer leaks. This is the third mask that I have tried after experiencing massive leaks, face pain, facial dents and skin irritation using the hard plastic masks that did not have the foam cushion. Like all masks, it takes getting used. This is a game changer. Note: Must use disposable CPAP wipes to clean; mask must not get wet. This mask must be replaced more often than the hard plastic mask. Manufacturer recommends monthly replacement; however, I replace mine every three weeks. My Insurance limits the frequency on which it will pay for this mask so I’m out of pocket somewhat buying the mask every three weeks. It is worth it. I almost gave up using the machine until I found this mask. My apnea episodes have gone from 55 per hour to four per hour so I’m finally getting some sleep! Amazon offers the best price and it’s even less $ because I subscribe. Be sure to get the correct size mask! Many mask brands provide a simple easy to use paper measuring tool that measures the width of the nose. Your prescribing doctor should also have this tool. ALSO, make sure you have the proper fitting headgear!

I loved how this mask fit on my face. It was of good quality, sturdy, easy to clean, durable, did not irritate my skin, and the right amount of thickness and was not too heavy when placed upon my skin. It did not leave marks from being placed on my face. Therefore, I have this mask a 5 and will repurchase again. With kind regards, Queen AJC

If I were a backsleeper this would be a perfect mask. As a side sleeper I'm pushing it around against the pillow and causing leaks by repositioning the mask on accident. Same issue with the AirFit F20. But this is a really good mask comfortwise, certainly the most comfortable mask I've tried. Zero soreness after 6 hours of sleep. One thing I noticed with this mask more than others is that my face itched in various locations. I'm not sure if this was related to the memory foam or something else, but it was bothersome.

I have a ResMed 11. I've been struggling with getting a mask that would seal without leaving red marks and cuts on my face. This mask with the added cushion works excellent. Everyone is slightly different, but this one is my mask of choice.

Great fit! It sealed better than the regular mask bc of the foam. It also allowed my skin to heal from the irritation in a pimple. Downside is that it has to be replaced more often and can't be fully washed, only wiped down
