Delicious and inexpensive
This is pretty delicious and reasonably priced!I will say-- a little bit goes a long way. It's very potent. I've been mixing about a quarter of a tsp in with my green tea and it adds a lovely floral taste. If you use too much it may become overwhelming.I haven't tried it with baking yet, but I believe it would be lovely for cakes. I think I'd like to try using it for a cherry blossom cold foam.

Delicious
If you have never had Sakura it is that scent of a soap store that smells great and you never get tired of it.But although it is great for bath bombs and soap (excellent for skin) it makes a refreshing drink alone, or as a mixer. It is very healthy to consume. This package is nice, could be bigger.

super fake
Fake! I'm so embarrassed I bought some for my friend who is extremely frail and can't handle artificial fragrances or things of that nature. I trusted the labels on foods! We have laws! If it says 100% natural cherry blossoms that's what it should be! But a few months later I bought a bag to treat myself and wow, after adding a half a teaspoon to a big cup of tea the kitchen smelled like rose perfume for a couple days! And my body seemed to have a vague rose scent coming out in my sweat??? Other clues it's fake are the way it dissolves 100% almost instantly, whereas ground up petals would leave a bit of a sludge, and the ridiculously bright pink hue, and the very sweet taste. I immediately contacted my friend to apologize for gifting her basically a bag of perfume and unidentified other stuff, and she confirmed that it had given her a headache when she opened it. I wish I'd got my own before gifting some. I tried to brighten the day of someone who can't go stroll under cherry trees anymore, and instead I made her sick! Some day I hope to find real ground sakura blossom and see what it's like! I bet it's amazing! But read the one star reviews before buying anything. Sadly every product I look at there are people saying it's fake, for the same reasons I deduce this is fake. I've not found any that buyers all agree is legit. If you don't mind eating stuff that you don't know what it is, and you aren't fragrance sensitive, and you like rose candies, you could very well love this stuff. But it isn't cherry blossoms and it doesn't smell or taste like cherry blossoms either.

Best Sakura powder
This is my absolute favorite Sakura powder. It has the best taste, no extra sugar and a fair price. I trust this brand and its ingredients. I’m so sad it’s unavailable on Amazon.

Great dairy free option
Makes a wonderful sakura matcha latte. And it's dairy free!

Lovely floral taste. What I was hoping for.
Received this product today, and couldn't wait to try it as there were mixed reviews. Upon opening the pkg, it was a lovely pink powder with a pleasant rose-like aroma. I was a little surprised at how thin the package was...but it's not like cherry blossoms (for consumption) is a huge market, so I am okay with paying a premium for something special. Not something i will likely use in bulk or daily. I decided to just try the recommended "recipe" within the Amazon listing: I dissolved the powder in about 1 oz of hot water, then added 5oz (cold) oatmilk. I left my phone upstairs, so just guessed at how much powder to use...i used a scant tablespoon of powder (instead of the suggested 2 tsp -- but that's pretty close). Looked pink, smells floral, tastes similar to rose. Plenty of flavor! Very pleased! I can't wait to try it in a cookie (or icing) or some sort of dessert -- just will have to experiment with amounts. I would suggest adding this to things that don't already have a strong flavor as this is somewhat mild (and expensive), so you don't want it to get lost.

Its rose powder not cherry blossom
This is just rose powder. It smells amd tastes good like roses though. Such a strange thing to lie about.

Amazing Smell - Floral Taste
I thought this powder would taste AWFUL. However, that wasn't the result at all! I baked some cookies with this powder today and they turned out great. I would say the taste reminds ME of roses and honeysuckle with a hint of lilac. You can pair this with almost any sweet. I paired it with strawberry and dark chocolate which resulted in the BEST dessert idea I've produced in a while. I think this could also be very good in cheesecakes or jello. Both of which I will have to try. I will say, the size of the bag was a little disappointing. You'll have enough for maybe 1 baking project or 2. Just pick what you want to make carefully, and choose wisely.
