I love these pedals
I was running a set of nylon composite pedals on my enduro mountain bike. They were small and were starting to get beat up from pedal strikes. I decided it was time to upgrade before I had one break, out on the trails. In looking for a replacement, my criteria were - - The pedals needed to be reasonably lightweight metal pedals. I ride enduro and downhill and need a pedal that can take the impacts that inevitably come with that style of riding. Weight is important for enduro riding, but lightweight does not help if the pedal breaks. - I wanted a mid-large sized pedal. The ones I was replacing were smaller, and were slightly small for my size 11 feet. The Stamp 7 hit both of my key criteria so I picked them up and so far I love them. While they are not huge, they are roughly 10mm larger in each dimension which is noticeable when you are riding. And the Stamp 7 comes with an aluminum body and cro-moly spindle for durability. Installation is relatively straightforward if you have a metric hex/allen wrench set. Just make sure you follow the manufacturer instructions to identify the left and right pedals, and install them to the torque spec recommended. Once you get them installed, and give them a test ride, you can customize your pedal pins. I included a photo showing the extra pins included with these pedals, which allow you to go with all short, all long, or a mix of short and long pins exactly where you want/prefer them. The Stamp 7 comes in two sizes, and as mentioned I went with the larger size which they recommend for my shoe size. But, if you prefer smaller pedals the Stamp 7 also comes in a smaller size which is 100 x 100mm. The larger size I got is 114 x 111mm. If you are looking for a high quality flat pedal I highly recommend these.

Awesome Pedal Upgrade
Awesome peddle upgrade, I wanted to upgrade the peddles on my Specialized RockHopper from the plastic ones they came with, I got the large size which was a huge upgrade from the smaller ones it had, the quality is good they went on pretty easy and look great, if your looking for some good large size peddles that won’t break the bank I highly recommend this set.

Awesome Flat Pedal
This is my first flat / pinned pedal. I like them a lot. I can’t stand clipless shoes. I have always used old school toe clips even on MTB. So this is 21st century stuff for me. Very comfortable in pedaling. I ended up with a 5/10 shoe and they work great together. No slip or fear of standing on the pedals. Old school clips are great at that. No wrenches. Hex key removal. I will likely get the big Park 8mm as they will get tight over time. I put them on a Surly Straggler 650b. It’s a slow all road bike. Perfect for its aging rider. I will likely stick with this pedal design going forward. They are all metal mid level Crank Bros. Seem like they will outlast me. Think I’ll try the bright plastic version on my old MTB rebuild

Great Pedals - Perfect for typical suburban riding
I can't believe how much I like these. My bike came with these pedals and at first I thought they need to be replaced but after riding it for a few days these pedals are awesome. They grip your foot well and because of their size it feels solid and firm. I liked them so much I had to get a new pair but in the correct color.

Possibly Overkill for Hybrid Bikes
I wanted to upgrade my stock Wellgo pedals (first pic) with something larger for my big feet. After reviewing every large platform pedal on the market I ordered these "Stamp 1" composites in size L. The other contender was the OneUp Composite but several reviewers stated that riders could feel the spindle bulge thru their shoe so I opted for the Crank Bros. one. Here are my Pros and Cons- Pros: 1) Decent size foot bed but the actual dimensions are 110 x 110. If you used large calipers they probably measure 115mm due to the offset design but the foot bed is 110mm. 2) The semi-raised (convex) spindle has not been an issue for me and I ride with the ball of my foot on the spindle, not like real mountain bike riders over the arch. 3) The pedals spin freely, or close to it, right out of the box. Not tight at all, which is generally a sign of quality. I know very little about the entire spindle assembly but the exploded view looks impressive. Crank Bros. even sells a Refresh Kit for those who log many miles. 4) Since the traction pins are set at their highest setting, grip was very good while seated and like Super-Glue when out of the saddle. 5) There are 9 traction pins on each side. The asymmetrical layout places 3 at the front, 2 at the back, and 4 near the spindle. At first I thought this would be an issue since I'd always be looking down to get the right side of the pedal up. But it always has 3 pins forward no matter which side of the pedal you're on. 6) It feels very solid for a composite pedal. I have not experienced any bend, even toward the front or back, away from the spindle. 7) One other thing worth mentioning, and is not a pro or con, is that one pedal (left) says Stamp_1 on it and the other pedal (right) has the Crank Bros. logo on it. 8) Without being an expert, but having owned numerous bikes and pedals, the weight of these pedals seems good to me. Neither featherweight nor heavy. Just about right for the size I would say. Cons: 1) I did not need an instruction manual and none comes with the pedals. They tell you to go to the Crank Bros. website for details. The website suggests a torque setting for tightening but their photo shows a non-torque hex wrench. There is no wrench flat/spindle nut on the pedals so I'm not sure how easy these will be to take off later with just a hex wrench. 2) The distance between the pedal and the crank arm is minimal (see pic). This somewhat defeats the purpose of buying a larger pedal. I almost feel like my ankle bone will hit the crank arm. So I ride with 1/2" of pedal showing on the inside to compensate. 3) Since I ride a hybrid-type bike, I backed out some of the traction pins to about 67% height. However, it seems like there is no version of Loctite on the threads, so I feel like the pins may vibrate out at some point. This seems like an oversight. If anyone has experience in this area I would love to hear from you. 4) The pedals were shipped in a cheap gray plastic bag, no padding. I was fortunate to receive mine undamaged. Overall these are pretty solid pedals. If the spacing between the pedal and crank arm was a little wider, and I felt that the traction pins would stay in, I would have provided a 5 Star rating.

Good grip and size!
These are a great mod for your mountain bike. They provide excellent grip and a good platform for better distribution on the pedal to put down power. They were super easy to install and spin great. Had them installed for a year and the still look and work great. They also look awesome on my Roscoe 8. It even came with some dope stickers!

Great traction with these pedals
Removed the clip in pedals that I’ve always used on my mountain bike and installed the Crankbrothers Stamp 0 pedals. Took a spin around the block with flip flops on and they had great traction. Can’t wait to hit the trails.

Für große Füße (46) auf jeden fall die große Variante. Hatte befürchtet, dass sie mir zu breit sind aber die Größe ist einfach perfekt. Halt und Standgefühl sind großartig. Genial Crankbrothers!

The build quality of these petals are amazing. They are very grippy. They look pretty good as well. I would say it’s alright value for money because I have bought them in a sale.
