I love these mats. They lay flat on the counter, remain in place without slipping/moving as I use them. They are durable and easy to clean. They are a perfect size and provide the perfect work-space.

Where have these been all my life? These work so much better than parchment paper. Easy to use, truly non-stick, easy to clean. Highly recommend

These are amazing. They lay perfectly flat in a standard half-sheet pan (do not listen to reviews that say they don't fit pants - they are clearly using non-standard size baking pans). They clean up easily in the dishwasher or by hand, and while they do discolor a bit after frequent use that doesn't affect their performance at all.The only downside is I don't prefer baking cookies on them. Cookies tend to spread more than on parchment, so for that use case I still use parchment but these have replaced almost all of my other parchment usage.

I got these because I was so tired of cleaning my cookie sheets. These work great for anything you want to cook in the oven and they are so easy to clean! Really great price. Easy to store I just roll them up.

These are great. I usually use parchment paper to bake cookies. I love the fact that I'm not going through parchment paper and able to reuse these with minimal effort to clean them.

I LOVE these mats! I bought my first pair about 2 years ago when I wanted to start making French Macarons. These mats are imprinted with 2 different sized circles for piping the meringue before baking, so your macarons are a consistent size. Since then, I've used them for far more baking - cookies and pastries all come out beautifully and evenly baked. I think that the silicone creates a more even baking surface - better than a bare baking sheet or parchment paper. Nothing sticks to them and cleanup is always easy with a sponge and soapy water. This year, I was baking several gross of different cookies to give away, so I ordered another set to use with 4 sheet pans. They are a definite must if you bake a lot of cookies and pastries.
