These did the trick. I am only starting out with 1 a day. In the early AM. Gave me perfect energy, got the gutters a bit but I already have a bit of a shake so it didn't bother me. Curbed my appetite perfectly! Pretty happy with it. I can get through a good work out even in the afternoon.

Product works as expected. All packaging and seals were intact upon arrival. I have bought Stacker 2 capsules for years but in the 4 pill blister pack but I was only taking them like trucker pills, for an energy boost. The bottle was more convenient once I started taking 1 capsule twice a day to cut some fluff before standing up in a wedding. I didn't step on a scale or anything but I wanted to drop an inch or so off my waist so my summer shorts wouldn't be tight from what's left of my "winter layer". I take one capsule with each of my first two meals every day, 6 hours apart. I cut the amount of food I was eating and was hungry as a result. The Stackers definitely help me to feel less hungry. And the energy was off the charts to begin with! After a week or so I got used to them and it tapered off. Now I get a good solid energy boost but without too much.

I can only review that the item appears as described and the seller was quick to ship the product. Price point was great for what I needed. Have not used this product as of yet, bought for an upcoming trip and had good results with an older version of this product.

Doesn't give jitters and controls my appetite through the day after only taking 2 a day no real side effects. I would not double with a caffeinated beverage due to the fact these pills really do provide the energy they say. Try it see how it works for you. For me it's a great product.
