Awesome product, really helped me fill the dead wi-fi spots and fix range issues on the other side of my house and in my basement - i.e., areas both located some distance from the main router. I purchased two of these extenders along with a TP Link Router (AX3000) and have been pleased with the coverage and speed of my internet. It's fairly easy to set up, and there is live tech support available if you get into a jam (it doesn't take too long to get a hold of a human being either). Make sure this extender is compatible with your router before purchasing. Highly recommend.

Super easy installation via the app- just follow the directions and BOOM! Instant amazing signal! I had the xfinity pods for years and when we upgraded our gateway with them the pods stopped working- they claim they “should still work” but nope- nada-nothing and they wouldn’t replace them. So to Amazon I came and reviewed the best extender- this is what I found and I am NOT disappointed!The only “con” is that it is VERY heavy/ large- bigger than I thought and the outlet I have it in is older and needs replaced so I did have toPlug it in upside down so it doesn’t fall out of the outlet- but it still works great. It will take up an entire outlet- just an FYI- so be prepared for that.Signal strength- 100%- speed- so far so good- ease of use- SUPER easy to install:1) download app2) make an account- and verify it3) plug in extender near existing router4) wait until you see a solid LED light5) relocate the extender6) connect it to your existing WiFi in the app7) DONE!I hope you find this helpful! I didn’t have high hopes as other attempts to improve reception / internet speed in this corner room (opposite end of house from router) have failed. But this extender is like a miracle worker and super easy to set up. I can now have video calls without embarrassing lags or drops. It was expensive on my budget but ultimately worth it.

Definitely was able to solve my WiFi coverage problems. I am running Gigabit fiber internet and have a guest house that wasn’t getting quite the coverage I needed there. I tried using an older extender but the speeds were awful no matter where I placed it. Decided to get this extender based on reviews and friends recommendation and it definitely delivered. My only other choice was to spend a small fortune on a mesh system. After trying different locations I was able to get an average speed of 400-450 mbps which is more than enough for my needs in the guest house. Super easy setup and works great. Considering replacing my router to a TP Link because this extender can be used in a mesh system. Great product.

I’ve tried many different repeaters/extenders, all with similar and simple configurations. The thing that sets this one apart from the rest, is that it has solid performance! It’s build well and it’s FAST!I usually prefer to use a web browser vs a manufacturer’s App, but both are easy to use. I was able to easily connect to my main router (AT&T wireless fixed internet). I had the option to keep the same network name and password using the Easy Smart Mesh feature, or I could also create a unique and different network name and password.I wish I would have found this thing sooner. It will now become my preferred repeater/extender for all of my client installations!!

This is my 4th extender. The first 2 were inexpensive, with the second also being a TP-Link (model AX3000). That one was hit or miss and it drove me crazy when it dropped. So I bought a NetGear EX6250, which was even worse!! So I decided to go back to a TP-Link and just up the quality (and the price), and ended up with this one, which I got a good price on because it was an Amazon refurbished offer. It works fantastic! No more drops! It was relatively easy to hook up, although I had to reset it a couple times (there’s a small hole you push a paper clip into) before I finally got it to connect to my wi-fi. I already had the TPLink app downloaded from my previous one, which helped with the set up.One thing I will say is this is MUCH BIGGER than the previous models I”d purchased, and it takes up a good part of the area on the back of my battery back up/power conditioner. It has some cool looking blue lights on it.It says on the box that it’s made in Vietnam. However, many of the products that say that are actually made in Communist China and retagged in Vietnam to hide the origin, so it could be either one. The box also says it’s made for TPLink USA out of California.

Completely exceeded my expectations. Very easy set-up. I'm using this for outdoor security cameras that use 2.5Ghz. One camera is quite far away by the edge of my property line, I didn't think it would work but thought hey give it a shot. At first I couldn't establish a connection but on the 2nd try, yep, it connected just fine.I even placed this in an outlet in the corner of my house that has sewer pipe & oversized gutters so a lot of interference I assumed, but that was where I had placed it for initial set-up to see if it worked - again I was amazed as I never needed to move it to create better signal. Now that outlet is actually being utilized besides a nightlight lol!I've had 4 power outages since purchasing and it very quickly reestablished connection.This is a complete game changer for home Wi-Fi, it's 6G ready and worth every penny. I believe my ISP wanted to charge me $20each/month for a subpar extender - I have already started to recoup the money vs renting a subpar extender from my ISP.Security is foolproof, speeds are amazing and the app is easy to use.Yeah it's a little spendy but it's absolutely worth every penny.
