I am very happy with the product. Water quality is very good as compared to filtered water out side market purchase water, my home 1150 ppi bore well water hardness reduced to near by 80-70ppi and very nice build quality. I think it’s a value for money. I am very happy with the purchase and the servicing is also good it is worth buying.

Machine looks good, water tastes good but so many issues during the usage, purifier has been down multiple times in last 10 months and sometimes the issue lasted for weeks or more timeService Requests are closed by service centers without complete resolutionsNot a reliable machine, fed-up of this crap so do not buyEdit: Its been now 10 days since my Purifier is down due to part unavailability - Do not buy this piece of garbage

Tds for purified water is around 80. No water leakage from installation worth to take but you must take amc plan

I liked quality of water and taste is great, it is value for money, great service support, totally worth the money

Now a days It is very important to have this product and it is very good to use and very helpful for kids and children to drink purified water and it is very good product and happy with the product

Customer care also don't know about signals, i have called to Customer care multiple times on signals on product, they said technician will explain

This is the best purifier compared other market competitors, very less water wastage and installation also very quick and you will get pre-filter for free which not many other companies will not provide.
