These are great tasting and convenient. Grab it early in the morning and drink it in the car as you head for work. It stabilizes your blood sugar so you feel good. It will keep me satisfied about two hours and gives me time to get a meal or food. I keep them supplied in my refrigerator. Tasty, convenient, and helps blood sugar stabilize.

Also, while I personally enjoy the peaches & cream taste, flavor preferences are subjective—those who lean strictly toward classic chocolate or coffee flavors might find this a little different. Great tasting and satisfying; however, the white cap is very difficult to remove without a cap removal tool. Seniors with arthritic hands will have great difficulty removing it, if at all possible.

Boost helps me maintain the protein levels I need to manage my health properly. Chocolate is my favorite!
