Quality product that I enjoy using
My first muffin pan. No oil, butter, flour, or spray prep needed. Muffins drop out easily. Cleanup in soapy water easy too. I have been happy with my Le Creuset pots for many years so I made ceramic my first choice. And it didn't disappoint. Worth the price.

Easy to use and to clean
Nice, sturdy muffin pan - I typically use to make egg breakfast muffins which can be sticky. These pans are a dream when removing muffins and cleaning the pan. So glad I replaced the old teflon ones.

Great quality pan
The sage green color is beautiful and this is a great quality pan. I have not used the muffin pan yet but have used many of their other products and am very pleased with them. They cook very evenly and the non stick is excellent.

Caraway is an expensive product, but it is an excellent product! I have several of their baking pans.

Innovative Egg & Bacon Breakfast Muffins Step
Nice product. 1 blue muffin pan, 2 blue eggs, tablespoon quenelle of cottage cheese, a teespoon of sour cream, 10 - 15 min at 350F. Another dish or two of those blue eggs and it will have paid for itself. Cleanup was a cinch.
