The design on this one is very nice,it has all the attributes I like to see in Thoth,the size is also very nice,and the paint job is detailed and in good taste.For me it is worth the money even though not real bronze,it does not look or feel cheap and it has a nice weight to it. If you relate to Egyptian mythology,I don't think you can go wrong with this one ! ( and I looked at a lot of them before pulling the trigger )

Beautifully painted
I was a little leery paying such a price for a resin statue, but the decorative features are very nice and it does look like brass. I would still like to see the price a little lower, but all in all, it made a nice gift and the recipient was happy.

Squee! I am in love with this statue.
I'm not sure how gods feel about mortals squee-ing over their iconography. But this statue is amazing: the detail of the mold, the finish work, the painting.And I adore this representation of Thoth. Too often he gets the pencilneck geek treatment, because he is associated with intellectual pursuits. Not here. Love it!

JAW DROPPING
Brooo my jaw dropped upon opening the box. So wasnt expecting him to be so vibrantly colored, the picture doesnt do justice. His skin is like gold. Hes perfect for my new alter dedicated to him, and i cant wait to work with his ancient spirit
