Battery malfunction & Inability to contact the LEDGER supplier
Since the day I brought this product that it has a battery problem, only works with the cable connected. I have done all troubleshooting recommended by LEDGER, but nothing has changed, and it is too hard to contact with LEDGER. Do not advise to buy this item

Many error and Faulty Battery!
I face earrors Faulty Battery !! less than a week of use, you can't update and full use only when its connected to a PC??? Unfortunate its zero star

Faulty Battery
The device would not work unless it’s connected to the charger. Seems like the device came with a faulty battery because no matter how long I charge it, it wouldn’t switch on without a connection to a power source. Completely defeats the purpose of a Nano X that’s meant to work on the move! I returned the item

7 days later and screen is stuck
I can’t believe I just got this 7 days ago and the screen is stuck being unable to access my wallet and not able to reset it or anything. It’s really scary. It got stuck saying Enter PIN 3 attempts left. I watch all the videos on YouTube that I can imagen and nothing helped me

Die Lieferung erfolgte, wie man es erwarten darf. Es scheint sich jedoch um Produkte zu handeln, die längere Zeit gelagert wurden. Alle Ledger Sticks brachten eine Error-Meldung beim Aufladen und das Aufladen funktionierte erst nach einiger Zeit. Der Preis im 3-er Set hat eine echte Ersparnis gebracht. Alles in allem bin ich mit der Lieferung und den Produkten zufrieden.

Alors on me demande de laisser un commentaire de la clé usb ledger nano x voilà c une clé intéressante pour garder les crypto a l'abri du vole le seule problème de cette clé cest que s'est écris en anglais et en tout petit et qu'il faut avoir une supers vus et en plus il faut comprendre un peut l'anglais pour la configuré en français jai galèrer a la configurer en français au bout de 3 jours j'en avais marre voilà mais en dehors que s'est écris en tout petit et que s'est en anglais s'est un très bon produit pour mettre ses crypto a l'abri voilà merci au revoir.
