I love this item so much!!! It is so aesthetically pleasing and will make navigating my manual so much easier. It was very easy to install the tabs. I recommend this to anyone who ever has to use the DSM 5. It came with instructions, extra tabs, and a manual with abbreviations/descriptions. Quality: Very good quality. These upgraded index tabs for the DSM-5-TR are incredibly helpful. The material feels durable, the print is clear, and the adhesive sticks well without tearing the pages. The tabs are perfectly sized—not too big or bulky—and they make flipping through the manual so much faster and more efficient. I really appreciate that the set includes every major section and diagnosis category, plus a few blank tabs for customization. Applying them was straightforward, and they’ve stayed in place even with frequent use. If you use the DSM-5-TR for school, counseling, assessments, or clinical work, these tabs are absolutely worth it. They’ve saved me time and made studying and referencing so much easier. I needed it for my DSM I ordered (also at Amazon) and it came in pristine condition, tabs were sticky and very easy to install into the DSM and looked absolutely great. It helped with the organization SO MUCH! It made accessing what I needed so much more easy, very useful!

Love the colors, how easy the tabes make it into quickly find diagnoses, and the tabs feel high quality. Regarding the application, MAKE SURE UOU DO IT CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME! They are difficult to remove once applied and I took some of the page with tabs that I had to move. These come with a ruler/guide thing to line up the tabs (pictured) and it actually was extremely useful and easy to use once I realized what I was supposed to do. Initially I began applying the tabs to where the corresponding color on the ruler was, I realized after about ten this was wrong (the last step in the directions explain that you start at the top of the page, moving down with each tab, and after 7 you start back at the top) and removing the incorrectly placed tabs even only a few minutes later was very difficult and caused some damage. If you do need to remove a tab, go very slow, try different edges etc. The sheet with the tabs also includes what page the tab should be placed on, I noticed the appendix tabs were slightly off in terms of page numbers, but otherwise all seemed accurate. Overall, the application was tedious but easy and I would definitely purchase again!

Getting this tab set was probably one of the best purchases that I've made in a long time! It has organized my monster of a DSM-5-TR into a manageable reading project, making it super happy easy to get to the sections of the book which I need to access. The tabs are colorful and simple to apply onto the pages, and if you're gentle enough they are easy to remove if you make an error. The sizes of the tabs are perfect -- I love this product!

I was skeptical at first but the tabs match the book exactly down to the titles and page numbers except the last 4 tabs, the page numbers were off but the titles matched. This will make navigating through the DSM book a breeze!

These DSM organizational tabs for different disorders are such a gamer changer! They are easy to use, easy to apply, and easy to help you find what you are looking for! I think these are well worth the money if they help with saving time and the functionality is great. Once you get started on putting these in your book, you will start to see how they should be aligned but it’s all of your own preference. I think they are great!

I had been wanting to put tabs on my DSM book for the lifers time but never made the time for it. While it took me sometime, it was worth it. Now it's easy to assess the different sections. Stickers are great quality and it's with the money.

This was a brilliant find, and very easy to install. Most of the pages also had the correct number barring 3 at the end (Appendix said 925 was actually 927, DSM/ICD -10 Numerical said 967 was actually 957 and Index said 1035 was actually 1005). Took a bit of time to get them all in but so pleased with this.
