Q: Why can’t this be delivered to Pennsylvania?

Hi, It can absolutely be delivered to PA! There can sometimes be issues with shipping TO THE LAB from NY, but we are authorized to test in all states! This sounds like a possible technical issue with Amazon? This test should be able to be shipped to all states. Thank you for your question! Health2u

I am very sorry you are having trouble with this product! Other than contacting Amazon support, I can advise you to look down below the "add to cart" and look for "see all available" then click on this to see all of the sellers, there, you can purchase from us, Health2u. It's possible that the "Prime" seller, the default seller that comes up if you do not look at "all available" sellers is not authorized to test in PA? I hope you can get this worked out!

You are more than welcome to buy it from our private website or here on Amazon. We no longer use Prime, so if you only want to buy Prime, you'll have to buy from a different seller. Amazon still guarantees all purchases whether Prime or not. The difference of Prime vs direct from a seller is the second day air delivery. We ship directly from our clinic, via USPS First Class, on the same business day as the order. We have been utilizing Labrix/Doctor's Data testing in our practice since 2006. You can rest assured extensive knowledge of these tests and results as well as top notch customer service from our clinic.
