This is a really beautiful gift set. We looked around for an age on Amazon for a baby shower gift and a christening gift for some friends and chose this one. We also decided to buy one and do our daughters prints as we never had done hers’ before.Ordering them all was straightforward and was very happy as they arrived the next day.Everything is put together nicely and the whole packaging is great - again was really impressed. Instructions are clear with little pictures showing you each of the steps required to carry out the process and they were easy to follow. There is also a link to a video within the instructions.The quality of the frame is excellent and the frame comes with a glass front as you would expect rather than plastic ones found on other sets - especially as we were giving them as presents; one of the many reasons we went for this gift set. There is also a rolling pin, birth record and silver charms.The frame is white all over including the back so it blends in any room which makes it stand out. It also has a wall hanging bracket so you can hang the frame after it has dried which is what we have done. Another nice feature is you can also tighten the screws further that hold the backboard if you want but we didn't need to.The fun part! The actual process of kneading the clay and taking the print with our four year hold must have taken only about 15 minutes and was a lovely experience. My daughter and I laughed and joked but can imagine it being longer process especially with a wriggly baby. There is plenty of clay and kneading it took only a few minutes, placing the clay and rolling it out into the frame probably about another 5 minutes and then leveling it all out making sure it was neat and all gaps filled probably another few more. We then made the print and added the silver charms We left it all to dry at room temperature for about 48 hours just to be on the safe side before putting the glass back on. This was the most fun part and watching my daughters face gleam with excitement is a moment we are all going to treasure. The fact it is her hand is a truly beautiful memory. Would have been nice to taken her prints when she was a baby but so glad we did this now rather than never at all.We checked the clay through the air drying process and are delighted on how it all has come out. It’s been weeks now, no sign of any cracks and no mess. Super impressed and very happy.We always get lovely comments from friends and family who see the frame.A super present, a lovely keepsake and beautiful memories.

I cannot talk more highly about this gift set and extremely happy I ordered this one This is a high quality baby hand and footprint kit and far better id say compared to similar ones on the market.The delivery was super quick - thank you. On opening the gift set you have everything you need. All the items are carefully laid out and nicely packaged. Presentation is fantastic.This really is a well thought out and beautiful present.The quality of the frame is really very good and it arrived in a protective cover within the gift box There are three large bags of clay which contain enough oil and moisture in them so they knead really well. Be prepared for sticky fingers and hands!! Tip- Knead the clay thoroughly and make sure it covers all the way to the edges of the frame and not to leave any gaps.The set also contains silver charms which other similar hand and footprint sets we looked at didn't It also has a birth record certificate which is such a lovely touch. You can either wall hang or stand the frame.Instructions are clear, straightforward and the tips provided also very useful. I would suggest to watch the video first before you do the prints as it is detailed and shows you how to knead and lay out the clay properly especially if you have never done this before. The video link is a great bonus and is very nice compliment with the written instructions.The prints come out perfect and fit nicely in the middle of the frame. Useful tip - You may wish to take the prints when your little one is asleep. This might make the process easier.This really is a lot of fun for anyone with a small toddler or baby.No mess, no cracks and super end result - see the pics I've uploaded a month after purchasing the set.Very happy and highly recommended.Definitely a 5 star present.

I was so impressed with this set! The tutorials are great and the charms are a lovley touch. I actually did this as a thank you gift to my mother in law for looking after my dog. It worked out great! Its very reasonable too. Not the cheapest on the market but (having done several with me nephews which did not come with a quality frame) it is amazing value! The frame and the mounts for the pictures really set it apart. I would recommend to anyone. If you want to make paw/baby hand or foot prints for family or friends buy this set! It looks so much better than a random lump of cast plaster sitting on the coffee table!

We love this keepsake. The gift box is the perfect present. The frame is solid and the gift set has charms and a rolling pin which ensures you get a smooth finish- simply roll out the clay and use the rolling pin to get that smooth clean look Very Easy. The set also comes with two different colour mounts. Instructions are straight forward and there is a video link with steps also.We love that this keepsake can be stood up or hung. We reached out to the seller and we were delighted with the customer service and the tips Ella provided.Best tip - wait for baby to sleep and do the print.A must have keepsake and makes a lovely present. Beautiful product, love the result. I was under no illusion it would be perfect, you are dealing with a moving baby, but the result was great. The hand was impossible for my little one, many attempts ended up with him instinctly grabbing the clay :-) so we got a fist bump. Two feet and a fist bump, wonderful keepsake

Loved giving this as a gift after we had made it. I was really pleased with how it turned out. The only reason for 4 stars for ease of use is because my baby didn’t really like having it done at 10 weeks old, I had to roll it out twice to get the prints right and it was a bit stressful for both of us. I would say it would be easier with two grown ups (one to hold and distract baby), also do it when baby is fresh out the bath, I wetwiped baby’s hands and feet before use but still had some little bits of fluff on the clay that I’d rather not have been there !
