Really good got good grip feels nice and works fine recommend it worth the price

This controller looks & feels great compared to my old one, I have only used this controller a few times since its delivery. I have read some of the reviews for this product and can only relate to one user who said that the Xbox home button does not seem to be completely responsive at first which is kind of happening to mine, I noticed that I had to press the button a few times to get it to activate. (Not really a big problem, but if you need to record some footage because you don't have a Kinect or its not connected to the Xbox, it could be a problem). I see no other problems as of yet. I only hope that this controller does not have any other problems in the near future.

The Xbox One S controller is another major step forward for Microsoft in terms of the quality of the parts and manufacturing processes it’s using for its products. The 2015 controller revision, which introduced the 3.5mm headphone jack, featured better buttons and more resistant control sticks. The S amps up all of this with buttons that have a premium action. This stands out with the sticks, which have a more even resistance and smoother rotation around the border of their wells. If you’ve used an Xbox One controller for any extended period of time, you’ve likely noticed a chalky dust that builds up around the ball-bearing area of the stick. Microsoft claims to have solved this, and the analog sticks feel great because of these improvements. Beyond the buttons and sticks, the controller uses strong and light materials. The hand grips, where you hold the pad with your inner knuckles and palms, now has a textured coating. This prevents the device from slipping whether you use a light squeeze or a death lock to hold your controller. One of the other improvements in the One S controller is a stronger radio signal that increases the range of the connection you can have between the Xbox One, a PC, or another device and the gamepad. Based on my testing (going in my backyard and walking away from the house until the controllers stopped working consistently), the range is about 75 percent more than the 2015 Xbox One controller. This is true for both the standard Xbox One wireless connection, which uses a dongle on PC, as well as the new Bluetooth radio. This is one of my favorite new features. If your PC has Bluetooth compatibility, you no longer need the Xbox One Wireless Adapter to use the gamepad without a USB connection. Bluetooth also means you can connect it to smartphones and tablets. I used it with my Nvidia Shield tablet, and the controller worked without flaw for both gamepad-capable mobile apps and PC games I streamed to my device. Overall, this controller does exactly what you need it to.

Unfortunately not a great experience. The controller is described as fully tested and very good condition however the first one that sent had a faulty Y button. This was returned once the seller provided the returns label. I asked that the replacement get checked and that it will definitely be fully working which the seller stated it would be. The replacement was sent and again the Y button was not responding correctly (only registered sometimes and needed to be pressed hard). Shame as they are a good price but to have 2 faulty remotes sent is a poor service and they obviously are not fully checked.... Update 14-11-21 - I don't even have the words to express how disappointed i am. The 3rd controller that they have sent and stated was being tested prior to dispatch wont even power on so there is no way it was tested. 3 controllers sent out guaranteed tested and working yet none were all faulty and false promises. Nothing but hassle for me having to go out to the post off to return each time and wait / email for updated etc. Very poor!!

is what it is, bought to use with my PC via bluetooth (doing this renders the 3.5mm jack inoperable) but fail to see why it is priced like the PS4 controllers, this controller lacks a tounchpad (obviously) but to my surprise does NOT have a built in battery, instead 2AA batteries are needed. build quality however is great but the thumb sticks feel like the PS4 ones and likewise are known to ware quickly so id reccomend some thumb stick covers. Summmary (for PC users) (xbox users likely do not need this review at all xD ) *needs 2 AA batteries *can function via bluetooth (cuts off sometimes) at cost of the 3.5mm jack *connecting it the official way just forced it onto bluetooth so not sure about that one xD *as far as i can tell the controller can connect to the steam link via bluetooth but may require driver updates that sometimes are buggy, if u have an xbox one however or know someone they can update it for you. *large range (about 10M id estimate but cant walk any thurther at that point xD without losing sight of the screen) *does NOT come with a connection wire, this is JUST A CONTROLLER. Please not some information may vary as this will also depend on the computer's bluetooth capabilities

4 1/2-5 stars. Very nice and good looking, probably a tad smaller than the original but feels fine in the hand. First thought it may be tacky- but it wasn’t, Xbox button looks tacky at first. Looks good all round and feels nice. Great addition for my Xbox and good buy. Yes expensive, so I looked at used ones for around £35 which is in very good condition and works perfectly, just one minor scratch- of which makes no difference to game play. Would recommend a buy and looks better than other colours.

...There is nothing particularly special about it. It feels nice in your hands and the colour is... interesting... however, I have notices a little drift on the joysticks which is becoming annoying as time goes on. On many games you will not notice it, but those games that require fine control have me pulling my own hair out.

Neuerdings brauchte ich einen neuen Gaming-Controller für den Anschluss an meinem Samsung Galaxy A (T510), in diesem Fall habe ich mich wieder für einen Xbox Controller von Microsoft entschieden (Beschreibung: Microsoft Xbox Wireless Controller, Rot). Besonders gut funktioniert bei dieser Generation des Xbox Controllers, die Verbindung per Bluetooth an z.B. einem PC oder wie in meinem Fall dem Android Tablet. Bei den Vorgängern brauchte man hier noch einen USB-Adapter. Der Controller ist sonst äußerlich baugleich zu älteren Modellen, es gibt von der Handhabung keine auffälligen Veränderungen. Auch das oft auftretende Problem von hängenden Tasten konnte ich nicht beobachten. Der einzige Kritikpunkt für mich wäre, dass sich die rechten Tasten (X Y A und B) beim Betätigen etwas „billig“ oder „klapprig“ anfühlen, wohl da diese etwas zu klein für das Controller-Gehäuse zu sein scheinen. Dies konnte ich am vom Vorgängermodell nicht feststellen, ist aber auch kein wesentlicher Malus für mich. Auch im Vergleich zu andren Controllern würde ich diesen immer wieder bevorzugen (Abgesehen vom original Playstation Controller ;). Mittlerweile habe ich schon einige Controller in den Händen gehalten. Günstige Modelle konnten für mich bisher aufgrund der Kurzlebigkeit oder der schlechten Verarbeitung nicht überzeugen. Auch im Preisleistungs-Verhältnis zum - Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 oder - Steam-Controller von Valve Software, würde ich immer wieder zu diesem Controller tendieren. Auch das Rot sieht super aus: So macht Zocken Spaß.

Rispetto al primo modello per Xbox One il nuovo controller per la "S" presenta una texture sul retro che ne migliora il grip, esteticamente è leggermente diverso e sembra essere leggermente più piccolo e meglio assemblato (sull'originale dopo 6 mesi sento qualche scricchiolio ogni tanto, vedremo su questo). Il colore stacca rispetto al classico nero, ma per il resto sono gusti. Al primo avvio ho notato un leggero impuntamento del tasto A poi sparito dopo 10 minuti di gioco mentre tutti i restanti comandi rispondono alla perfezione. Per quanto riguarda la scelta delle pile, per quanto "antiquata" secondo me è un'ottima trovata, basta un caricabatterie e 2-3 coppie di batterie da far ruotare e puoi non smettere mai di giocare! Edit: 08/01/2018 Dopo circa 9 mesi l'analogico destro ha cominciato a dare problemi, in posizione di "0" infatti vengono registrati movimenti verso sinistra e verso l'alto, considerato che il controller non è mai caduto ed essendo stato utilizzato relativamente poco (è il pad di scorta) ho richiesto la sostituzione in garanzia ad amazon. Al momento mantengo le 5 stelle in attesa del completamento del reso (subito accettato da amazon) e per verificare il funzionamento del nuovo controller Edit: 08/02/2017 La sostituzione è avvenuta in tempi rapidi ed è stata effettuata con un controller nuovo identico al precedente, non posso che essere soddisfatto del supporto garantito da amazon

Je suis l'ex-malheureux propriétaire de trois manettes officielles Xbox 360. Les deux premières, filiaires, ont eu de gros soucis en moins d'un an d'utilisation à cause des fils (la connexion par câble n'était plus stable et il suffisait de bouger la manette pour peut-être la perdre et passer du joueur 1 au joueur 3 ou 4. Il fallait alors secouer la manette pour espérer qu'elle se re-connecte en joueur 1. Pénible. Très, très, très pénible). J'ai toujours préféré les manettes filiaires par peur de l'input lag mais cette expérience m'a définitivement vacciné. Ma troisième manette 360, sans fil celle-ci, est un calvaire pour mes grands doigts : avec sa batterie / son socle à piles incrusté d'une telle manière qu'il dépasse, il m'oblige à tordre les doigts. Le gamepad Xbox One règle ce problème. L'espace batterie / piles, toujours situé à l'arrière, épouse parfaitement la forme du cul de la manette. Aucune gêne n'est constatée, même sur les longues sessions de jeu. Pas trop lourde, cette manette offre un grand confort au joueur. La croix directionnelle est mille fois meilleure que sur 360 : non seulement on a (enfin) dit adieu à ces diagonales qui créent plus de problèmes qu'elles n'en résolvent, mais en plus ce d-pad clique bien, à la fois froid et précis. Les gâchettes R2 et L2 (quand on parle de gâchettes, je continue de parler Playstation) sont aussi un gros point positif par rapport à la manette 360. Plus larges mais pas trop volumineuses, elles sont très douces à l'utilisation mais certainement pas molles. Agréables et précises, et analogiques bien sûr. Le reste des boutons, tout comme les joysticks, paraissent de très bonne qualité. Le matériau fait plaisir en main et la disposition des touches est toujours la même : redoutable. En ce qui me concerne, c'est un vrai coup de coeur. Le gros point d'interrogation qui pourrait tout remettre en question m'est évidemment impossible à déterminer au bout de seulement une semaine d'utilisation : il faudra faire attention à sa durabilité et sa fiabilité que j'espère autrement meilleures que celles d'un gamepad 360. Vu le prix et l'expérience de Microsoft en matière de controlleurs de jeu, j'aime autant vous dire que j'en attends beaucoup sur ce point-là.
