Good test kit posted to germany and recieved an email when the results are online . only had to wait a week from posting

Excellent. This version needs to be shipped direct to Germany which is quicker than posting to the hub in the UK.

good test kit is a german version but can be sent to the ati uk address which then gets sent out every thursday just wish the turn around time could be a little faster apart from that spot on

Took only 4 days to get results, which includes shipping to Germany.

Terrible product and customer service. You’ll have to send it to Germany and fill a customs form. Most likely it won’t reach Germany. Like happened with me. You won’t get a refund either

Don’t buy Waited 3 weeks for results , even sent 2nd lot of water out to same address....still no joy Lost approximately 4-500 pounds worth of coral whilst unable to find out if anything was wrong with water

Whilst the test is great it states that this is a UK posting version. It is not. This needs to be posted to Germany which costs more. The description is not accurate.

ATI > Triton > ICPAnalysis.com I've tried the three major providers and this is the best. here's why. 1) shipping label included. I'm lazy, dealing with postage in 2019 is archaic. They solve that problem for me ahead of time. Which makes me more likely to actually do the test. Which keeps my pets alive. my precious, precious cnidarians! and their Osteichthyes (fish), Crustacean (shrmps & crabs), and Gastropoda (snails) friends happy. 2) tests RO water. Yep, I found a problem. Neither Triton nor ICPAnalysis.com do this (unless you want to burn an extra test kit) 3) Accuracy. They're Germans. With a lab. Seriously. 4) Nitrate results. the others test for individual elements. I called an insider and they said that ATI spent a bunch of extra money on a special machine to test nitrates but then he got into chemistry which is hard so I got lot. I don't try my Red Sea nitrate test kit, I trust germans with a high end scientific instrument. Yes, my nitrates are too high darn it! The only bad thing is the wait. Yep, it ships to Germany. Don't worry, it's on a plane. And I like the sweet anticipation of RESULTS. It's something to look forward to... and be slightly afraid of. It's like going to the doctor and getting a blood test. AM I NORMAL?!! I can't wait to find out! (and no, even advance reefers don't get perfect results and aren't normal all the time). As far as cost... it's basically like a Star Trek level test on the elemental composition of your water. It involves plasma. and German lab techs. If you are on a tight budget, please go fish only with live rock (there are awesome non reef safe fish I would LOVE to keep. like puffers. especially puffers) or go freshwater. Saltwater Reefs aren't for the light of wallet. Reefers know that reefkeeping is basically saltwater water keeping with some expensive animals on the side. This is the best way to keep your water as dialed in as possible.
