RED Maca powder (not just run-of-the-mill Maca, which I believe is a blend of various types) After doing my research I wanted RED Maca to help with prostate issues - and came across this product. I've been using it for about 2 months now and feel good with no adverse effects. I like the taste: it adds a nutty, malty, earthy flavour and mixes well. I use 2 heaped tsps mixed into porridge oats and whey protein powder to make overnight oats. Sprinkle in cacoa nibs / cocoa powder and it's delicious. If you've never had Maca before, don't expect a great taste - that's not why you buy supplements. OK, it's more expensive than normal Maca- but why spendmoney on supplements if they're not effective. Would recommend

Just started using it. so far nothing to report.

I take this product because I have thyroid issues. I take the powder every day and it has warmed me up a lot. I think it may even have helped make my thyroid more active but I cannot be sure. The product tastes great especially in yoghurt. I would recommend this product. The only caveat is that you need to have a break from the product as it is not recommended that you take it continuously for more than three months.

Tastes like earth. Smells pretty bad too but I’m trying to be good and still take it. Found that the best disguise for the taste so far is by putting it in hot chocolate. Kudos to those who can consume this with a smile on their face.

Its the 3rd day i am taking the supplement and I believe it works. When I opened the bag and smelled it I almost fell unconscious :P I add it in a smoothie with fruits and yogurt and I don't feel at all the smell or taste of maca. Until now I don't have any side effects. I am quite small 105 pounds and I take 1 Tbsp per day.
