Ineffective gel beads
When I put the mask in the freezer, all the bell beads became directly frozen. It makes the mask hard and not comfortable to wear until it defrosts a bit.

Quality product
Much better than previous mask I had. Two straps of just the right length. Wakes you up properly in the morning and gets rid of puffiness. And cheap!

face mask is big for the face and its not useful but eye mask is very good. After working long time in computer its effective to give cold compress in eyes
