Organic Green Tea Extract

When taking a supplement it is important for me to choose one whose contents are pure and deliver the results they advertise in their marketing. This brand is possibly the best supplement brand i have tried to date. This is a fantastic alternative to gulping down cups of green tea whilst enjoying the numerous benefits of drinking the same. I can't recommend these enough. The brand's product mix is of superb quality and easy on your body without any unwanted side effects. I also take their tulsi supplement to increase my vitamin b6 intake, and so far so good. Highly recommend. The price may seem high but their quality warrants it.

I feel like I have more energy and less belly bloat, lost a couple of pounds but haven’t changed anything else so will attribute it to taking these pure organic capsules. I do love drinking flavoured green tea but I also don’t like micro plastics that a regular tea bag comes in, so taking these capsules I know I’m getting a super potent source of antioxidants from the wonderful green stuff. Bonus easy to swallow and super bonus no plastic bottle! Also ditched my crutch second cup of tea in the morning since I’ve been taking these. Slick packaging showcasing the Ayuverdic brand, I love their range of supplements already.

It helps alllot on digesting hard meals and clearing bloat.

Really good supplement felt so much better after a couple of weeks

I’ve been taking these green tea tablets for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. I was looking for something natural to support my weight loss journey, and these have made a noticeable difference. I feel more energized throughout the day, and I’ve seen a steady drop in weight without changing much else in my routine. They’re easy to take, don’t upset my stomach, and there’s no weird aftertaste. Definitely helped slightly with my hunger after about a week and a half but didn’t notice any other changes after a couple of months of taking them unfortunately. This was with along side a very healthy diet.

I'm not a big green tea drinker so I thought I would try the capsules as I have heard about all the health benefits. The capsules are easy to swallow but if you leave them in your mouth too long you will experience a bit of an after taste. It's not awful but I'd rather not taste it if I can help it!! Do I feel any of the health benefits... Too early to say yet.

I bought these as part of a health regime in which my sugar and fat content has reduced massively. I didn't buy them to lose weight because research gives varied conclusions on whether green tea extract will have an effect for everyone. However, I did want something that gave a slow release of energy without the sapping lows you get from other products. In that respect, these tablets are remarkably good. I do have one minor criticism. However, chose to print the information on the side of the bottle in an almost mirror like chrome finished font, in such small characters, should be given a lesson in branding. They are virtually impossible to read without using something such as the magnifying function of a mobile phone! They must have realised this when the bottle labels were first designed and I can only presume they hadn't taken enough of their own tablets, were low on energy and fell asleep before they had chance to stop production!

Me parece un producto muy bueno, lo estoy utilizando para estar más activa y menos ansiosa y la verdad que noto que estoy menos cansada. Lo que si me parece un poco caro ya que el tratamiento de un mes cuesta casi los 50€, me gustaría que pondrían alguna promoción por comprar más de un frasco.
