Works well.
A decent entry level derailleur, make an excellent upgrade / replacement for an older MTB. I recently found an old full suspension MTB frame in decent condition, so figured I would build it back up into a bike to use if I could do it cheap enough. With some careful purchasing I only have around £70 in it, and the bike looks like it's almost new! Better than any complete bike I could buy for the same price...Derailleur works well, shifts smoothly and is easy to adjust. Looks good too.

Nice budget Shimano model.
Great replacement for my sons rear derailleur which he managed to snap off. Shifting nicely with twist grip shifters on a 12-30 cassette. It's a low end Shimano product for its still pretty nicely made and looks like it will last.....and this time i'm installing a rear derailleur guard on the bike to protect it!
