I tried several products for baby nappy ointment, and this one is by far the best. Very easy flowing texture, no smell, no white residue after application. Also minor (but very important for practical reasons) plus - the tube cap is fixed to the tube, so easy to open and close with one hand (great for those late night nappy changes!).

I have 3 kids and have always used Bephanthan on all of them when there are babies. None of my kids have ever had nappy rash and I truly believe it is because of using bepanthan.The texture of the cream is abit thick, so it good at creating a barrier and is moisturising because of the vitamin included in it. My only gripe would be I wished it came in a tub for using at home so you can scrape out every little bit of the cream. But on the flip side, the tube design is easier to access with 1 hand.This has been a reliable nappy cream I have used for the past 9 years for 3 kids and is always a repurchase for me- highly recommend!
