Q: Does anybody know what kind of fragrance (perfume) is added to this product? Because it's smells so good to me, that I would like to know what is it.

sorry this was a present so cannot answer fully but for the person it was a gift that they asked for

Q: Has anybody worked out how to open the lid? Not sure if it's broken but doesn't seem to be fully opening. Thanks!

Yeah, just push the oval section on the back half of the top. Mine was stuck too so push very hard

I'd highly recommend this product. It works for me. I use, hair spray, wax, styling gel. This washes it out perfectly.
