This is a deep conditioner, possibly to be used every 4 weeks or so. It works well.

Is this sulphate silicone and mineral oil free?

Hi this conditioner is sulphate and silicone and paraben free, not actually sure what a mineral oil is, it is also , USDA certified organic, has 100% vegetarian ingredients and is not tested on animals. Hope this helps.

Yes it does contain wheat protein, and hydrolysed soy protein. but the protein content is not high, and it is an amazing conditioner. Could not be without it.
