Versatile great flavour
Since this was recommended to me by a chef I’ve used it in lots of different dishes. It has a great strong garlicky flavour that enhances food. Love it!

Not too hot, perfect balance of heat and flavour
Bought as a present for my boyfriend as he loves hot sauces that aren’t too hot, as well as garlic flavour. He loved it and had finished a bottle in less than a week!

On the whole, excellent.
Long shelf-life. Good Small opening so no accidental 'overdosing'. Good Glass bottle excellent, recyclable. Good Wooden screw top, seemed good, but plastic thread inside the top make it non recyclable. Not good A few drops added to an oil/vinegar salad dressing has proved very popular with my family
