Versatile and solid, easily stored away.
Great piece of kit, it's made a huge difference to my training by being able to squat (and press) safely on my own. Nice and sturdy, there's nothing that makes you doubt it's strength. It has a tiny bit of sway when loaded but considering it only has one cross support at the bottom that's no great surprise. The dip handles are a fraction too wide for me sadly, but if you're a bit taller than my 5'10" you should be ok.**Top Tip** - Swap the supplied nuts with some M10 butterfly nuts and you can put it together or break it down in just a couple of minutes, no tools needed - and it can store away in a gap 6" or so wide. Mine's quite happily tucked behind a door when not in use, which means my little flat doesn't look like a gym and it doesn't get used as an impromptu clothes horse...

Sturdy, affordable and works brilliantly.
Bought this rack to support me with my benching as I won't have someone there spotting me - it's an actual lifesaver. The item itself is easy to put together, and tells you how to do so anyway. Takes roughly 15-20mins.Saw numerous posts about the dipping bars being too far apart? You can change the width of the entire rack to suit your build just by unscrewing a bolt - to the point it's actually far too narrow to dip (and I'm a slim bloke myself) You can also adjust the height for squatting - suits everyone's needs. A 6ft Barbell would work best with this rack.Sturdiness is one thing I was surprised about - simply for how generously priced the rack is, it's brilliant.Well packaged and individually wrapped in a box - no scratches, scuffs or dents. Beautifully finished product. Highly recommend.Honest review for a very decent product. Please let me know if this was at all helpful.

Mechanical issue
Long term review here. After constantly readjusting the height of the squat rack to alternate between benching and squatting the threads are ruined on the adjustors on 1 side.Meaning I can't switch between benching and squatting here. I was adjusting it around 4 times a week.

Amazing Value
I bought the squat rack along with the folding bench from MiraFit. I'm pleased with the bench (see separate review) but I'm delighted with the squat rack!I'm very impressed with the sturdiness, build quality & functionality. The width adjusts so I can set it wide to take my 7ft Olympic bar or set it narrow to use the dip bars.Great product and excellent service from SDE Online too.

Solid and attractive product BUT...
if you have a wide and bulky upper body or even just long arms, I would recommend looking at other frames that have at least another 10-20cm potential width. Otherwise you may end up with the same problem as myself.Elbow-bashing!Even on it's widest setting, I would say that on average I bashed/rubbed one of my elbows on the spotter rails every couple of reps. It helps with your form but it's a pain in the backside when you need to place the barbell back quickly on that last rep. I've trapped myself on the bench at least twice.Shame really because it is a great bit of basic equipment and nice value for money overall. Also, it's nice to make sure you have some room to get around the frame because you will need to narrow the frame to safely use the dip handles on the back. Impossible to do effective supersets because of the time it takes to remove/return the barbell and adjust the frame to the correct position.Despite my few gripes, I will still recommend the product but only for people under 6ft and that do not have long arms.Would definitely suit the majority of women out there and teenagers looking to build/tone their chest and triceps.Tip: Before using, wrap the barbell hooks and spotter rails with some light padding and insulating tape. It will protect the frame from the appearance of wear and tear and keeps the paint underneath in good condition; In the event of return or resale.

VERY SOLID and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for overhead press, rack pulls, bench press, squats.
I've had my eye on this for over a year. I tried buying one last year but it was the wrong model (no adjustable spotters).I loved this rack before I finished assembling it. The main thing I wanted it for is for overhead press and at it's highest setting the bar sits about level with my collar bone. Perfect for me. I've been power cleaning the bar up to my upper chest before pressing it until now.The spotter bars will be handy when I get round to getting a bench that is long enough for me. They elevate to several levels. The main barbell rack and the spotters are held at your level of choice by a spring loaded pin.The brace bar at the back has 6 nuts and bolts, three at each end. Buy a packet of M10 butterfly nuts and you will be able to assemble the rack and disassemble the rack in under two minutes after you're familiar with it. I have a 6'5" barbell because I am restricted by size and on this rack it it is fine. It will be just as good for bench press.
