Hello, One speaker. The price of the speakers is each, not as a pair.

Do these come with speakers plinths?

Yes, the plinths are included. The included plinths can provide a more stable foundation if necessary.

is that the price for the stereo pair?

Yes, That appears to be the case for the satin white finish. Not so for the other finishes. I got a pair for a similar price (floor models). They are excellent, but depending on your music, you might be missing some bass. I coupled them with a Rel T9x sub that gives just enough so I'm not tempted to over-drive the mid-range to compensate.
