I ordered one of the early units and had so many problems I gave it one star. Maxbeauty have got all the problems resolved and sent me a replacement, This I inserted into my PC and are following the instructions I can use fingerprint login on all the 3 PC's and they all worked perfectly :).

Cant get it to work on my windows 10 pc

I did have to manually install a driver from the Benss website (Instructions and a link would have helped). After that, reboot, set up fingerprint recognition via Windows and it works perfectly, Actually faster than the built in sensor on my Lenovo P51 workstation. Price is better than next nearest option. Update: Unfortunately, having used the product for a week or so, I have found a problem. After a variable amount of time using the laptop, the fingerprint reader becomes unresponsive. The system error messages show that the cause is a driver crash. I am using the latest version of Windows 10 with very little else installed, so the fault is likely the driver rather than other software interfering. Generally have to restart to get it working again, which defeats the purpose. I will likely return if I can't solve the problem.

Works exceptionally well under Windows 10 creators update for login only, the package fails to mention you have to goto the company's website and do the drivers and do a manual driver install
