Pain. My face is burning.
Not wet shaved in 3 days. I did the patch test. No problem. So I applied the product to the whole beard area. Tried to leave for 4 min as per instructions. 3 min 35 seconds. I am in so much discomfort I am rapidly; I just cannot wash the product off quickly enough. Very little stubble beard growth came with it. It dyed the stubble growth white as apposed to removing it. I then had to wet shave to even all up. I am now sat here with a more than liberal coating of 5% lidocaine cream covering the entire beard area in an attempt to numb the painful, burning sensation. White male age group 50 - 60. I do not recommend this product. I will not be using it again. I've had my beard waxed in the past and that experience, too a one off, was just as painful.

No Shave Cream
Purchased for teen boy who does not want to shave facial hair. Unfortunately he experienced some red spots and soreness after using it (patch test did not react). Did not remove all the hair he applied it to. Tried it myself and was very underwhelmed.

Fantastic product and great customer service!
GREAT product! Original didnt arrive so company sent one out next day and I received it promptly. Great customer service! Product has pleasant aroma and the great thing is NO burning or irritation. Good as I use on private areas. I shall never go back to Veet or razors!

Dangerous
I followed the instructions meticulously including testing without problems. When I went on to us it on a larger area it burned my skin very badly and I had to go to the doctors for treatment twice. I have permanent scaring weeks later as it took layers of skin off and blistered. Almost irrelevant to add that it did not remove a single hair either (and I had to grow a beard as it was too painful to shave for many days. This stuff is dangerous and should not be allowed. It also does not work - if it did who would shave?
