I have updated this review after receiving a replacement cable from the seller.The first cable I received would happily handle 1080P but gave me a black screen with higher resolutions such as 2560 x 1440 x 60hz for my monitor. However, the replacement cable handles both 1080P and these higher resolutions perfectly.I also want to mention the great service from CSL themselves.After reading my initial review, where I discussed issues with higher resolutions they sent me a replacement that works perfectly.This cable is well made and white is an ideal colour for a long cable if you want to route it around walls and skirting.For a 12.5m cable of this quality this item is great value for money.

Ended up sending this back for a thinner more flexible cable. Otherwise this is excellent, good value, and carried the hdmi signal for 15m with no dropout (where the lighter cable I replaced it with required a hdmi repeater to do the same job)

Exactly as described. With the limitations of HDMI 2.0b get full 4K HDR @ 60hz. Can do RGB with 10bit and Full or the setting more often used in my case YcbCr422 with 12 bpc output colour depth (though really just the same as 10 bpc) (NB Limited setting within Nvidia control panel for YcbCr is meaningless and legacy carry over from RGB, they just do not hide the setting when using YcbCr).Note, due to limit of HDMI 2.0b in terms of information, you will not get YcbCr444 at 4k, 60hz and 10 bpc for HDR, it will be 8 bit + dithering, even on a 10 bit panel.That is a moot point as its not an issue of the cable, just current limits of HDMI 2.0b and something being resolved with HDMI 2.1.The cable itself however is as described, delivers the information perfectly well, have had 0 drop outs. Looks great, solid connection. Do not fall for over priced HDMI cables, this will do the job as described.

Having received a replacement cable which incidentally works flawlessly with HDR deep colour i've changed my rating of this product, this is not only due to the product performance but in no small part to the excellent customer service from the seller.Original review below:I Bought this cable to connect Sky Q 4k to my LG 4k tv. Everything worked perfectly until I connected my xbox one s and tried to watch 4K HDR movies which at first was very hit and miss with screen going black on numerous ocassions. I found that if I turned rich colour off on my tv it would work but eventually stopped completely. I thought this was something to do with my xbox so I purchased a dedicated sony X800 4k blu ray but when I connected to my tv I again just got a black screen. Having read numerous articles I purchased an Amazon basics hdmi 4k 18gbps cable and everything works perfectly.

The product is exactly the way its described and we couldn't be happier with both the manufacturing and the quality of the products. I read lots of reviews prior to buying the 'HDMI' cable and we chose this brand because of the way its manufactured ( high quality) and the past customers reviews. We will definitely be looking at other products the brand supplies in the future.Oh, l was very impressed with the care taken in how the product was packaged - it was very well protected from the rough and tumble of postage. (other product reviews mentioned this aspect and how the merchandise wasn't protected properly - hence why this was a criteria in us choosing this product).They say you pay for what you get… lm happy l paid for a higher quality spec in cable because otherwise it would have been false economy to buy a cheap cable for an expensive smart tv. Image and sound are superb.
