Good bread if you can't eat wheat but really needs toasting. Very healthy and no UPF ingredients.

Healthy rye bread with pumpkin seeds
This dark rye bread is sliced and kept fresh and slightly moist in good packaging. It contains pumpkin seeds, which add interest, nutrition and taste. I eat one slice of this bread with either cream cheese or butter for my breakfast. It is very good for the digestion and I do not need to snack again before my midday meal. Warmly recommended for those who want to have a healthy diet.

Yum and filling.
I guess this is a marmite kinda thing, you either love it or hate it. My mother isn't a fan as she loves classic white soft bread. As for me I absolutely love it. It's so addictive and perfect for a nut and sees lover like me. Yes it's not anything like fake bread that you get in the shop obviously...but to me it's absolutely delicious and quite filling. I'd usually have 4 slices of bread but just one slice halved into 2 is filling enough for me.

Great delicious bread - Inappropriate packaging.
The bread is normally packaged in a box to keep its shape during transit. My recent order was delivered in a industrial paper envelope. The 7 loaves were sellotaped together for rigidity, however, this didn't stop all the corners from being squashed. When removing the sellotape it was impossible not to damage the vacuum packing and tape removal also damaged labels so I have no idea of the Eat By Date. This bread is normally delicious, sensitively healthy and perfect, untoasted or toasted. Please package in a Box in future. Many thanks.
