High quality durable shorts
I bought these shorts for going to the gym. The material is similar to rucksack material. They are comfortable and have deep pockets which I think is useful as previous shorts I’ve bought everything fall out the pockets. There is a draw string on the waist as well. I’m really pleased with them.

Great Rugby Shorts
Trying to find decent rugby shorts with pockets is hard. These are great. Pockets are really deep, so great for everyday. Not a lot of stretch (to be expected from the material) so not ideal for squats or anything like that. Would buy these again 👍

Short Shorts
Very Difficult to find short shorts for general wear in warmer weather, most styles these days are knee length. These shorts are true to size, XL is comfortable for 38'', legs are wide enough to cope with muscular thighs. Side pockets are very deep; down to hem. Makes walking with items in pockets a little strange, but is very secure for mobile phones, keys etc, as very unlikely to fall out. Fabric is robust and quite thick which gives them an advantage over say running shorts which use thin material. The polyester fabric is very breathable. Fit is good, but quite snug around the backside. I can't say what they are like for Rugby, but as a general pair of shorts they will do well
