Looks bad and different size

Total failure
I ordered size 45, but the shoes are unwearably small, fitting like a 42. The ankle collar is extremely narrow, preventing me from even inserting my foot. Request a refund ( approved by Amazon) but six months later they didn’t collect the item nor received a refund

years of wearing a shoe that is too narrow has contributed to an ingrown toenail so these shoes are perfect they are extra wide and my foot doesn't feel squished anymore. What a relief and very comfortable. I love Clarks.
