Behringer Overdrive
For the price, you just can't go wrong. It's a great little Overdrive/Distortion pedal. What I will say is, I've already got a distortion pedal from Behringer and this offers you more tones, whilst this OD/DS is more of a combo but unfortunately (for me) I think the distortion is the much better option out of the two options on this pedal.Pairing it with an Ibanez guitar, the distortion is crisp and heavy, whilst I found the OD slightly more muffled. With that said, it's really a great pedal for the price and you can't go wrong if you're on a budget.

Quality you’d expect from Behringer, but powering it is a pain
Product is great value for money, especially for occasional and at home players. It is made of plastic so this would not withstand the rigours of the professional or pub giggest etc.sound quality is OK, but you do get some noticeable ‘hum’ at loud volumes, again to be expected for the price. The biggest gripe is how you power it. It can be run off batteries, but these are a fiddle to fit (need to take the pedal off the base, and replace carefully to avoid cracking the plastic). Annoyingly though, thee is no on/off switch - if you power it from batteries, you need to remove the in and out signal cables from it, even with your amp and guitar off, otherwise it drains the batteries. That is a bit annoying and messy. There is a port for a 9v adaptor, but it would be helpful if at least the adaptor plug came with it, as I haven’t been able to find one the right diameter to fit the hole, and so am stuck with battery power. But overall, if you are looking for a cheap pedal to have some fun at home, you probably can’t go wrong with this one.

Ordered two, both dead on arrival. Cheap garbage.
I put a 9v battery in as instructed - nothing. I bought the recommended power supply - nothing. Dead straight out of the gate. Attempting to get it replaced. Will update when successful.UPDATE: Second pedal delivered, exactly the same outcome - dead as a doornail. Searched for other people having problems with this specific pedal, and all responses were the same: cheap pedal, poor quality materials, might last 10 years, equally may arrive dead or break within a month. Prevailing wisdom suggests buying a decent, reliable brand and paying the extra.

Installing a battery could break it.
Had this pedal for a couple of hours now and it sounds decent for the price. Can get a nice overdrive up to a good distortion level. I'm using it connected to my Behringer digital interface and headphones out of the same interface. Volume level is more than enough. As for inserting battery - oh man, I thought I'd break it. For some insane reason you have to take the pedal off, It's kept in place by spring loaded 'nubs' on either side of the pedal which are also the hinge for the pedal to turn on and off. A pen or screwdriver needs to be pushed in to release the pedal. And because I don't have 3 hands pushing both nubs in and pulling the pedal up at the same time can't be done. So you end up juggling one nub pressed in while wiggling the pedal itself to free it and then dealing with the second nub. This exerts force on the other nub still holding the pedal in place - which as I said is also the pedal's hinge so if either of these breaks your pedal is bust.
