Easy to follow
Great book. Really helps get a insight of what you can and can not eat. Love the banana pancakes and the flourless chocolate is pretty good too.

American version but still useful
It's an American book with ingredient references to Zucchini, Eggplant and Cilantro. However as long as you know the British equivalent ie., Cougettes, Aubergine and Corriander, the recipes seem to be quite easy to do. You'll probably have to adapt some of the ingredients according to what works best for your type of IBS condition and tolerances but on the whole its quite a useful book if you are struggling for variations in you current diet. The only negative for me is that my book hasn't been securely bound and some pages are already coming unstuck.

Fodmap Explained in detail
I found this a great buy it explains all about Fodmap and has a lot of tips my son was recommended to go on this eating program for unexplained stomach problems and he’s been a lot better since going with the Fodmap dieti bout two books one had a lot more recipes and this one had a lot more information

Worth getting.
This book has been really good and very helpful. Is American based so needed to google what a few things were but easy enough to do.

I bought several books on Low Fodmap, two of them with recipes, when my doctor stuck me on this diet. I don't use any of them, except this little gem. Very practical and user friendly. Charts that really helped me map out my adjustment to this diet. And very simple recipes, all of which have been delicious, and I am no cook! I feel accompanied by the author on this journey. And yes, I am feeling better

Tengo el SIBO y necesitaba apoyo para mantener la dieta bajo fodmap y ese libro es todo un compañero. Es fácil de leer, recetas fáciles de hacer y saben muy bien. Con ese libro no cuesta hacer dieta! Lo recomiendo 100%.

Being a beginner to fodmap and not having a clue I’ve found this book basic enough for me to understand and actually use. Everything’s been thought through and well set out. I bought the kindle edition but was able to print off the various trackers and food lists needed with the provided link. Thank you for including that excellent detail. Being an Aussie and an American book there were a few terms and foods I couldn’t understand but a quick google soon had me identify the foods which was no problem for me.
