Links Golf Grip Trainer LH/RH Attachment for Improved Hand Positioning on Golf Club - Golf Swing Trainer

I used this for the first time and it helped me improve my score dramatically. I was able to have the correct grip for each club I hit, including my driver, and I shot the best round I have played. The person I was playing with commented that it was the best they had seen me hit all my clubs. The trainer is an excellent way to improve your game and lets you focus on the other aspects of the game without worrying that your grip is correct.

This golfing season ended with plenty of draws and hooks. Most amateur golfers would be happy with that but it gets frustrating to constantly be missing the green left. So I purchased the Links Golf Grip Trainer with the hope that it might help somewhat. I'm lucky enough to be able to hit balls in my golf cave over the winter (or the cold autumn days). With a launch monitor I can hit a number of shots and see everything going left. So I clipped the Links Golf Grip Trainer in place and hit a shot. Straight. Hit another shot. Straight. Hit a third. Slight fade. Wow!!! I wish the product came with directions but it could not be more simple to use. It is for right handers only. You point the arrow at the bottom of the product towards the face of the club.. or straight down the grip. The top of the product sits about 2 to 3 inches lower than the butt of the grip. Put your left hand on first with the thumb to the right side of the molded piece. Put your right hand on next with an interlock grip and the thumb in the hole (gap). The index finger on the right hand should be slightly away from the other fingers and almost be a trigger finger. The Link Golf Grip Trainer sets your hands to a perfect V to the right shoulder. Now I suppose if you find you may be getting too much of a fade or too much of a draw you can slightly rotate (like 1/4 inch at a time) the Links Golf Grip Trainer til you get the results you desire. Very happy with this product and I hope it translates to better shots when I get to the golf course.

Mixed feelings. It doesn’t stay in place. Constantly readjusting which defeats the purpose.

I have tried numerous different golf trainers in hopes of improving my golf game. The links grip trainer is the first to show immediate improvements. The feel vs real saying absolutely stays true with the grip. What I felt was a neutral grip was quickly shot down when I used the grip trainer. My weak grip was quickly altered once I clipped on the grip trainer and felt what you read about actually feels. With the grip trainer I went from weak grip to a neutral grip with a clip of a product and instantly started improving my ball contact and flushing little draws. The instructions found on product page made the initial interaction with the product extremely easy. The coveted two perfect V’s were made with my hands immediately and improved my ball striking quicker in one day then 2 years of playing Great product to understand a proper golf grip and immediately improve your ball striking. Easy to clip on, easy to use and great for training muscle memory pre round on the range. I use cadet xl golf glove and the trainer fits my hands no problem.

Great idea in theory but the grip does not stay in place while hitting balls at the range or even just swinging in the back yard. I put this on a Winn Dri-Fit Midsize and expected a more snug fit. The worst part is the hole in the grip trainer. As the grip slides around in your swing it will pinch your thumb. Not really worth the money or effort. Further, the fit encourages more grip pressure to keep everything in place which is terrible for a golf swing. Would not recommend.

I’ve been using this golf grip trainer to work on my swing, and I really like it so far. It definitely takes some getting used to at first, but in a good way — it’s helping me become more aware of my hand placement and overall grip. It’s a simple tool, but it’s made me feel more confident and intentional during practice. I’m excited to keep using it and see how it improves my swing over time. A solid investment for anyone looking to develop better habits on the course.
