Is this the "forever" atf in a 2014 rav4?

From what I can see on the internet, it appears that the 2014 RAV4 uses WS transmission fluid. I own a 2012 RAV4, and that's what my owner's manual called for when I replaced mine. Just verify the type in your owner's manual.

How much do I need to do the flush on Camry 2007 2.4 L engine?

A flush merely consist of consecutive drain and fills. Drain and fill. Then drive around for ten minutes or more. Then drain and fill again, etc. Usually four consecutive drain and fills is enough. So if each drain and fill is 3.5 quarts then 14 quarts should do the job. However, if you have 200,000 miles an your transmission and it has never been serviced previously, doing a flush could cause problems. You will want to thoroughly research the issue. Perhaps watching you tube videos such as Scotty Kilmer.
