Best Anti snoring device and the longest lasting item yet.
Reviewed after 4 months of use, purchased, arrived on the 10th of October. Very good quality, just follow the instructions for a good fit. Initially this worked 100% and to be fair extremely effective in putting a stop to my snoring. This will vary person to person and depending on the main cause of your snoring but it working for me. The instruction booklet helpfully highlights that it will take some getting used to, some discomfort with jaw or teeth might occur, you might produce a lot of saliva initially etc. I am a bit on a nighttime teeth grinder and over time I have loosened the teeth mould inserts which can not be purchased separately. One thing I have noticed over the time is the shape of the device is very square and has a sharp/rough edge at the back of the device and it can feel quite sharp on the tongue, especially towards the back where you have less room the hard surface to the Snoreeze that keeps it shape and I found this to make your tongue a bit sore, but when you read this review try and push the back edges outward before you set your bite. Despite this down side of the design I would recommend this anti snore device it's slimline compared with some and has lasted the longest for me, the only device that has lasted longer was a sports mouth guard - But this doesn't stop or calm your snoring.

Let down, wouldn’t recommend
I really wanted this to work, but it’s been a complete let-down. I followed the instructions carefully, did the moulding twice to get a proper fit, and it’s still ridiculously uncomfortable. The device stops me snoring — but only because I can’t actually fall asleep with it in my mouth. The hinges sit too far back (about two-thirds down your teeth), which makes it awkward and feels all wrong. It doesn’t sit securely and just feels bulky and intrusive. For the price, I expected something a lot better thought out.

You can breath through your mouth which is either good or bad.
This let's you breath through your mouth. That's what you absolutely want. I bought others that just had a small hole for breathing. You're not supposed to breathe through your mouth, you're supposed to breath through your nose. BUT what if you have a blocked up nose or stuffy nose during the night. Then you rely on the small breathing hole. And you're asleep, so your tongue can easily just touch the hole and you'll have no air coming in. So I didn't even dare try the other ones with the small holes due to my stuffy nose. This one has exactly as much room as you normally have to breath. A full opening, no small holes. You can even eat and drink through. Obviously don't. But you can. Now I'm worried about fitting these. The whole process can be daunting. Sometimes with glues you have to heat up. And normally you have one chance. One opportunity to do it right when it sets. Not this, this was a doddle. Heat it up, wear it (not immediately like the manual says unless you want boiled teeth. Then take it out and cool it off. Done. And its perf3ct. I've used it and it works fine except for one small problem. When you wear it your top teeth slip out. This is because your jaw is pulling it back. It won't slip off entirely, but to the point where its almost off. Don't panic just go with it. It won't come off entirely, its not easy even when you're removing it. Unless you're lucky and it just fits perfect. But for me, that happened. Last thing, this is not worth 30 quid. It's like a 10 quid device. If you can find one cheaper get it. But the only reason this is different is because it opens with your mouth so you can breath. So if you ha e a stuffy nose get this. It's your only choice.

Life Saver
I have always had mixed emotions about these devices as I have used them in the past doing my marriage to keep my wife happy. They have always never fitted very well or became too uncomfortable to wear for any extended period of time. To be clear these were from a different manufacturer. Now, after my new partner also started complaining of my snoring, I thought it’d give them another try. What a difference. These just work and become more comfortable the longer you wear them. For the past few years I have always had problems with aching joints and sometimes pins and needles in arms and feet in the morning. Not using this mouth guard, this is no longer the case. I am waking more refreshed and awake with more energy. My girlfriend also says my snoring has all but stopped too. After reading up on a it a bit more, I have discovered that oxygen deprivation can cause these symptoms I had been experiencing. My snoring must have limited my breathing through the night. I am so happy I got these although they are a little pricey and I hope they get cheaper or the manufacture offer some sort of subscription for repeat orders as these do not last forever.

Don’t waste your money
The product is disappointing and the customer service from Passion for Life Healthcare is non-existent. Multiple emails and online forms sent but not one reply - they promise a money back guarantee but if they don’t respond how can you receive your money back! Thankfully Amazon processed a refund 👍 I followed all the instructions but clearly one size doesn’t fit all and the device only stays in place for a short period of time and then becomes very uncomfortable. The app proved I snored more with the Snoreeze device in than when I slept without it. Save your money and avoid the hassle of going through the returns process.

Terrible fitting, poorly made
The packaging and instructions of the product are good, so I was hopeful that this product was going to be one that finally worked. At the price, I thought at least the product would be decent, but sadly I was wrong. The moulding process is fairly easy, if anyone has been to a dentist at some point in their life, you would have done the same process before, as I had. At first attempt, the guard was fitting pretty neatly in my mouth, so I decided to test out the so-called adjustability. I adjust by a few turns, put the guard back in my mouth and it springs right out of my mouth! It will not stay in until i adjust it all the way back to zero, which of course defeats the purpose of the product. I then tried re-moulding incase I'd not bitten hard enough but just as before, it was comfortable in the default setting and then as soon as I adjust it, it jumps out of my mouth. Really disappointing and I didn't even get to test if it actually prevents snoring because it didn't even let me get that far. Complete waste of money.

Definitely worth a try - good quality item and accompanying app but ultimately not for me
This item was perfect for the intended use - but it just didn't suit me. It was very easy to set it up for first time use but I found that I could not get used to how it felt being in my mouth when trying to sleep, leading to poorer quality sleep and often I would wake up to a sore jaw. My experience was personal to me but I can look past that to recognise that this is not a failure of the item and I would still recommend it to others who are looking for things to try. I did really love the brand's app, to record key snoring information coupled with your use of the device.
