I believe just coconut oil and vitamin E. But I tried just coconut oil and it just did not help the way this does.

How often should this product be used?

Suppositories can be used as needed up to four times daily.

Does the sensation interfere with sleep? Is it messy at night?

How on the world do you think it could interfere with sleep??? No it is not messy. However, I no longer use

What are all of the ingredients?

I threw the box away so I cannot answer question. All I can say is I will never be without this. After 2 trips to doctor with limited success I found this to be the answer for me after a year and half suffering
