I am extremely disappointed with this Portronics neckband. The build quality is pathetic and feels just like a cheap, low-quality Chinese product. To make matters worse, the USB data cable was missing from the box. This is complete negligence and a waste of money. I expected much better from a brand like Portronics. Do not buy this!

Good audio quality, quickly getting charged within 20 to 25 minutes .battery is also retaining for more hours. Easy to connect with various devices. And also it is super for calls. Overall Best product. Worth for this price!

Product quality is good but there is audio issue when it is connected to 2 devices despite any single device is in use at a given point in time

Overall it's a good neckband with a decent bass. No major issues in quality. Tiny cover meant to cover the type-c port does not fit properly but not a big issue. Please put the rubber attachment in both the ear plugs.
