Many people will probably hate this and other "natural" deodorants because they aren't antiperspirants. However, that's the whole point. This isn't an antiperspirant. It won't stop you sweating. Therefore, as long as you don't stink, this is doing exactly what it says on the tin. Based on this, I have to give it 5 stars. My only complaint is that this is quite expensive and doesn't last very long. I think I got a few weeks or a month out of this bottle. Having said that, I bought it right at the start of a heatwave and then was sent to work in Spain where daily temperatures were circa 40 degrees C. Despite sweating profusely in these temperatures, I never once suffered from unpleasant body-odour. I am confident that this deodorant will do its job if you either shower or wash once a day and don't re-wear your clothes to the point where they are about to get up and crawl off on their own. As for more intensive situations, e.g. sports activity, if you're worried about sweating and subsequently smelling, when you're doing sports, just remember that if you're not sweating during training, you're not training hard enough anyway.

Best natural deodorant, I've been using it for years, smells fresh keeps the BO at bay doesn't smell too strong.

Fairly good at stopping smells. Lasts me about a day, but might need a refresh if you have a busy or stressful lifestyle. Possible one of the best no aluminium deodorants I’ve tried. Smell herby and gentle no stinging or rashes and have used for over a year with sensitive skin. You don’t get the blast of an artificial smell that you get with all the well known deodorants. Also some say aluminium free and then list alum on their ingredients list. It is often trial and error with these products, but worth a try.

I've been a fan of this deodorant for many years now. The scent is really lovely and I find it is effective in pretty much all weathers. I love Weleda products in general and this one in particular. Warning, it can smart a bit after shaving but that's a minor issue for me.

Very pleasant and fresh perfume, delicate on skin, not irritating product, environmentally friendly. No harmful ingredients, no GM, no aluminium salts. Have been using for years and highly recommend it.

This is the only natural deodorant that I feel comfortable using because it has a very pleasant natural not overpowering smell. I find that a bottle lasts quite a long time and i tend to use about 2 sprays per area. I have sensitive skin and this does not irritate my skin - like some other products with a stronger smell do. It does not leave a sticky residue or white marks which I also like. I buy it in bulk whenever possible to make sure I always have some in!

Strong-smelling deodorant; the smell is a mixture of menthol or mint, somewhat reminiscent of toothpaste. Not sure I want to smell like that, it's almost like a mosquito repellent! Pros: Smells amazing Nice packaging which is recyclable (glass spray bottle) Can be reapplied easily if needed throughout the day - not so easy to do that with balms, etc. Did I say it smells amazing? Cons: DO NOT USE AFTER SHAVING YOUR ARMPITS - OUCH! Doesn't really work as a deodorant - body spray or fragrance spray would be a more accurate description Having to use a lot of product, so it doesn't last as long as the deodorant balms/bars and can drip before it dries The reason I chose this is because I like to use products: that don't contain nasty chemicals, that are not tested on animals, and that do not block pores/sweat glands. Overall, would consider purchasing this again but only for use as a body spray because I love the smell so much. I will opt for deodorant balms or bars as I have in the past for my actual deodorant.
