Fully recommended for pain relief
The item was easy to charge ready for use and doesn’t take long to recharge after use. It seems complicated because of the range of pulse actions but once we found which one suited us best it was very easy. My wife and I have both had stiff necks and I have suffered low back pain so although the device is easy to hold we could not have used it on ourselves because of where we needed to apply it. Using the item immediately relieved pain for a period of time (variable due to how bad the pain was at the time), and it can be used as frequently as required as there are no side effects. We both found movement was much easier after using it. We are extremely pleased with this purchase and fully recommend the device for relief of pain.

The best treatment for a tense, knotted neck and shoulder.
I have cervical spondylitis and, as a consequence, my neck and shoulder muscles are constantly tense and knotted. I have tried all kinds of treatments, but to no avail. Until I bought this. I cannot believe how effective this has been at relieving the stress and tension in my locked muscles. Right from the first application of 10 minutes. My neck is now far looser and flexible than it has been in over 15 years since I was first diagnosed with this debilitating disease. I cannot recommend it highly enough. I've even bought a second one to keep in my office.

Waste of money, buy something else.
Terrible item, no control over speeds all, vibrations are to fierce/hard/violent to be used,and the speed control will not work, pity, nice looking, well made but totally useless...Amazon refunded, and has been broken up and in the bin,,,
