Good product but with negligence
As the title states, The product is good. It does what it is supposed to do. Pros : 1. The pulley system works well. And locks and unlocks the ropes properly. 2. Light is blocked properly and provides proper shade. 3. The packing was solid. But there are a few issues : 1. A little too expensive in my opinion. 2. This particular product is a set of 2 pieces. But there were connecting screws and hooks for only 1 piece. The 2nd one did not have any screws and hooks provided. This is just plain negligence. 3. The instructions provided are not enough. Basically meaningless. I had to see pictures and videos provided by other customers to understand the rope position properly.. Otherwise initially I thought the product is defective as the ropes were not aligned properly. I manually aligned and adjusted them for intended functioning after watching videos of other customers.

Good product
Build quality is good, hook to hang it is also available in the box and the size what is mentioned in product description is also matching .It is blocking harsh sunlight effectively without darkening the room .As it is natural product i believe the durability depends on the way we maintain.

Smoothness of handling is an issue
1. I ordered and reordered in total three mats of same size. These were delivered well packed. 2. Installing is easy and looks well once put on for use 3. The rope quality is also good 4. However, the pully system installed need to checked well. In one of the mat, it was fixed incorrectly and was bent at an angle. 5. Also the pully system in it is not smooth like the other two mats. Had to do a lot of work to make it work. Shows inconsistency and lack of quality check. 6. The length also differed by few cms in one mat 7. Lost two stars for incorrect pully system, bad fitting of pully, and inconsistent length
