Great Product!!! Easy to assemble! Excellent Quality!

The digital keyboard arrived ahead of time and in perfect condition. This piano was very good but I returned it because I am hearing impaired and I purchased a different model with better speakers. They accepted the return and I used their Fed Ex Ground to return it and everything went very smoothly. A great company to order from!

It is as good as other reviews claim. I was nervous that I would be dissatisfied, but I love it. The piano itself feels and sound great. The bench is a bit small and probably maxes out the weight with an average sized male. The pedal works, but it isn't heavy duty. The stand is functional. I was really focused on the piano, so the quality of the rest of the bundle wasn't foremost on my mind. Everything works and I recommend the instrument for someone who wants to purchase an instrument and not a toy or trend. Will I use this professionally? No, but that isn't my goal. I want to enjoy making music again after not owning an upright piano for a few years. It fits nicely in a small area and isn't flimsy.

I liked many things about this keyboard, being a pianist all my life. Looking for a keyboard for my grandchildren for Christmas. Their house burned this past Spring and I wanted to replace their traditional piano. The things I did not care for was the volume doesn’t go as high as others I’ve played. Also, the biggest factor was the number of “voices” this one had; there isn’t as many as the one I have (Yamaha p125, which apparently they replaced with the p225). I have been extremely pleased with mine for several years. Many people will be very pleased with the Roland keyboard; I really loved the sound and feel of it, if only I didn’t know about a couple other features of my Yamaha already, and my grandchildren are used to min. Unfortunately I had to send this one back for a small shipping ($14) and large restocking fee ($100), although the keyboard was in excellent perfectly-packaged condition. A very expensive lesson I learned. But the features of the keyboard are just that important to me so I will go with the one that I have for my grandchildren. I noticed on all the keyboards I researched, it was impossible to find a breakdown of all the voices that are included in each keyboard online. This would be a greatly helpful tool for anyone seriously looking for a keyboard, because to send one back was a great pain and quite expensive. But, I seriously considered keeping it anyway because I liked the sound that well.

We are very happy with the value for money of our purchase. The piano has a very nice design and sounds great for a beginner. You can tell that it is a well-established product on the market. The only comment we have is about the phone app, which has an outdated user interface, although it is efficient.

Great piano, very high quality and perfect for my journey into learning piano. The dust cover and polishing cloth initially didn’t come with my package (only the pedal came) but after contacting them, they quickly responded and delivered a replacement so great customer service as well!

Awesome sounds, keys feel really good! Just what I expected with Roland. I have a Roland drum set as well! You will be satisfied with your purchase if you are looking for a keyboard to learn on!

I am so pleased with this purchase! I live in a studio apartment and have missed having a piano. This digital piano is everything! It feels and sounds like an upright. It is capable of way more fancy stuff, but I'm overjoyed with its basic piano capabilities. This did arrive in a very large and heavy box, and I did need help carrying this up two flights of stairs. I am still giving this piano 5 stars, but I was quite frustrated putting the stand together. There were no assembly instructions and I couldn't find any online. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the stand holds! :)
