Arrived and as expected were a good quality item

I love these knives as they have a protective sleeve and stay sharp. The variety makes preparing food much easier as they slice and cut with ease. I’ve had my set for several years and have just purchased this set for my parents.

I'm very impressed by the quality and style of these knives. They're easy and comfortable to hold. WARNING: They are the sharpest knives known to man and don't take prisoners! I can't imagine ever needing to sharpen them but having Sharpeners in the blade-cover is a great idea. Definitely recommend.

Bought to replace a set that we had for many years.

Like I said these are the best knives I have ever owned. I had read some previous reviews saying they weren’t that great but thought I would just give them a go anyway. I’m disabled so cutting things can be difficult at times. These make what can be a difficult job very easy. The only thing I have to worry about is cutting myself. They all come with their own plastic sheath to protect them. I always wash them by hand instead of the dishwasher to hopefully protect them that bit longer. In some previous reviews it was mentioned that the coating had been coming off the knives, I haven’t had that problem at all. I wouldn’t think twice about buying these again. They are a great price for such a high quality set of knives.

It’s a shame they can’t be dishwasher, given how brilliantly sharp they are they require very careful hand washing. We had a set of these that we dishwashed and the coating came off in about 3 years but they remain very sharp so we bought the same again. Love that rest that stops the blade touching your surfaces. The veggie knife is created at an angle making it harder for me to use left handed and get a straight cut. Love the santoku knives!

Well made really sharp and very excellent that they have a cover guard. Just a heads up, in their box they aren’t in their guard cover so be careful when taking out of the box.

The home chef was not using the best tools, they were blunt, hard to cut and it just made the job harder. Gifting these gifts made the chef enjoy the job so much more and even praising it's ease of use. The blades are sharp and easy to clean.

Por el precio los cuchillos són una maravilla. Son bonitos, muy versátiles y de momento resisten muy bien un uso diario. Eso sí, con los lavados se va "arañando" poco a poco el color gris de la hoja. Aunque no se desconcha,así que no es peligroso para los alimentos. ¡Los recomiendo!

Ce set de couteaux Joseph Joseph est une vraie pépite ! Les couteaux sont bien affûtés, super agréables à utiliser, et le design est à la fois moderne et élégant. Le bloc est compact et très joli sur le plan de travail. On sent la qualité dès la première utilisation. C’est aussi beau que pratique, je recommande sans hésiter !
