I have never tried protein powders before but thought it would be a good way to get in some extra vegan protein while I'm upping weight exercises. I have leaned out since using this product and my abs and arms are so much more toned than before, yay! :D The taste is lovely, I have one scoop for breakfast blended with 170ml water, 1 banana and 200ml soy milk light and it is really nice and filling. I've also tried it mixed only with water and it still tastes good although the grainy texture is a bit more noticeable when mixed with water. I read some complaints about the texture saying it was like drinking dirt or sand but i didn't find the texture that bad at all. It has a very fine grainy texture but its not a hinderance to the flavour or overall drink and its a great source of protein. I will definitely buy more when i run out - i also bought the vanilla flavour but i like the cacao so much that i haven't opened the vanilla one yet. :)

i was sceptical at first however, love this protein. As a vegan I was shopping around and found this. Unlike other proteins this is very smooth with no awful taste like you get with whey proteins. There is no need to mix the powder in a blender, all i use is a shaker cup. I have mine with Almond milk and it tastes great. My only issue is the price. I like to wait until this goes down to around £25. When taking the protein twice a day the carton lasts only 1 week, making £35 very expensive for the quantity. To be honest £25 is still expensive. Nevertheless, it tastes really good and i would recommend it to not only those who are on a plant based diet but everyone who needs that added protein in take. hopefully, Garden of life will start selling bigger bags or containers. Another thing that was annoying there's more container then protein powder literally a joke.

It used to be the best protein I tried so far (have been using it for a year and a half) but their new "improved" recepie tastes horrible. The main ingredient is now pea protein instead of rice and the taste really differs. The consistency isn't sandy anymore, which didn't matter to me, I could always blend it with banana and almond milk, or top up my porridge with for flavour and nutrition, but i now just chug it down. Don't get it unless you like the taste of pea protein Shame as the nutria all contente is great

Great product. This is my preferred choice of protein. I have been using this for some time now and I do notice I recover much quicker from training when I take this. I love the ingredients in this product and as I am not a fan of animal based protein products this ticks all my boxes. The new formula is not grainy but it does froth up a bit more. I often just mix with water and its fine in texture and taste. I only wish it came in a bigger economy pack. As it doesn't have any artifical sweetners or added sugars you may not find it as sweet as some of those other products on the market but for me the content is more important so it doesn't bother me. Arguably the best vegan protein powder on the market. Only downside is serving's have reduced while price hasn't and sometimes it goes up too high in price to be economical. When that happens I have to buy sun warrior or bulk powders vegan protein, but garden of life plant based protein is my number 1 without a doubt

Can't say enough good things about this protein powder. I've been using the unflavored, unsweetened version for years and will never switch to another. The flavor is so neutral/pleasant that I can even drink it mixed into just water alone. Doesn't require flavor to make it palatable or disguise anything. I put it into a tumbler with a mixer ball and vigorously shake, and it dissolves easily. If you like flavor though it will mix easily into anything you want. I've dissolved it into almond milk and oat milk as well, including adding chocolate syrup for fun. It's versatile. Comes with the scoop as well of course. (figured that would be obvious but apparently there are various powdered supplements that don't provide one. who knew.) It's a high quality product and alleviates hunger and gives me energy every time I drink it. Never had any negative reactions to speak of.
